The Space:

Welcome to "Misty Blue by Cabin Collective BB" - A cozy haven for 1-2 families, situated in the heart of Hochatown! The cabin is walking distance to boutique shops and a local market for the ultimate convenience. All paved roads going to the cabin.



Our cabin sleeps up to 12 guests, is pet friendly, and is the perfect gathering place for friends, families, and a small retreat. It is also ADA friendly.

You can walk to the market, spa and ATV rental nearby. You’ll need a car to go to other parts of the town.

We charge $100/pet/stay. Please note that pets are strictly prohibited from all beds. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty charge.



Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off during the summer months (April 15 - Sep 30).

This property is privately owned. A security deposit and rental agreement are required for all guests as part of the booking process.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy full access to the entire cabin, including the outdoor patio, hot tub, and firepit areas. The home features keyless entry for your convenience — a unique access code will be provided prior to check-in. Enjoy easy, contactless arrival and complete privacy throughout your stay at Misty Blue Cabin.



The Neighborhood:

➠ ACCESS: The front door is equipped with an electronic smart lock keypad & a private entrance. A unique door code will be sent at least 48 hours prior to check-in.



➠ USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft, We have 1 camera by the front door, 1 by the back door that are ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house.



➠ FIREPLACES: Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off during the summer months (April 15- Sep 30).



➠ LIABILITY NOTICE: This rental cabin is privately owned. A security deposit and renter agreement is required for guests who book the cabin,



➠ WIFI: Please consider that this cabin is in a rural area, so internet speeds may vary throughout your stay.



➠ CRITTERS: We have a regular pest control company that maintains the grounds. As we are located in a rural area, please note that bugs may be present on the property. Native Plants and Animals: As such it is important for potential guests to understand before making a reservation that mother nature and her loving family of flora and fauna may make their presence known including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, walking sticks, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, just to name a few. And, although, the cabin is on strict pest control and cleaning regimen our native flora and fauna may find a way to join you since you are visiting their habitat.



➠ CONSTRUCTION: Hochatown is a growing community so there is a possibility of construction in the nearby areas. This is usually limited to weekdays, but no guarantee that activities are not occurring on weekends as well.
