For the first three nights, enjoy the warmth and comfort of a heated pool for a daily fee of $99, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. After your third night, the fee is significantly reduced to just $25 per day, allowing you to continue basking in the soothing waters at a more economical rate. To take advantage of this service, please provide a 48-hour advance notice prior to your arrival. Additionally, we cater to eco-conscious travelers with an EV outlet available on-site; however, guests are required to bring their own chargers. Our property is also pet-friendly, welcoming up to two dogs for a fee of $125 per pet, so you can enjoy your vacation with your furry companions by your side.

**Firewood Provided**

General Information – A Full-size washer and dryer is available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. Fireplaces are seasonally available (October – May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty as you are in a rural area. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due the guest will incur a 6% processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 20, with NO EXCEPTIONS.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
