Lovely older historic hotel. Not fancy but huge double rooms and kitchen area and multiple living areas and bathrooms all for same price as modern chains. Highly recommend!

Everything is in one place. No need to leave the building. Very nice,clean rooms that are all suites. Even has laundry. Very nice remodel. Very friendly staff.

Staff is really friendly. Restaurant downstairs has amazing service and great food at reasonable prices. My room was very clean and has a small kitchen if you want to make your own meals. The room has 2 heating units. The one controlling the living space worked perfect, but the one controlling the bedroom wouldn’t heat up past 69 degrees, so it was pretty cold at night. The disposal in the kitchen sink didn’t work. Other than that, it’s a beautiful historic hotel and worth the stay.

This place was nice, staff was nice. My only complaint is the shower. The watwr was lukewarm at best and turned ice cold in the middle and took probably close to 2 mins before it became warm again. Other than that, I can't complain at all

We enjoyed the size and comfort of the main room, and the restaurant was fun, however, the bed was SO hard. Felt like a board. Eggs and gravy were less than par.

I stayed in room 210 and did not have hot water the first night. I never did have a working thermostat in the bedroom and with the thermostat at 90°, the room finally warmed up to 67°. Since temperatures were getting down into the twenties at night, it would have been nice to not freeze while sleeping. The room was not super clean. There were hairs in the bathtub, wrappers left on the floor and a dust on the window sills. While having a full kitchen, the kitchen was not stocked with utensils and cookware to use the kitchen. I had one sauce pod, a flimsy round baking sheet, one dinner plate and a couple bowls and salad plates. As for utensils, I was lucky enough to have two forks, several butter knives and spoons. The only item provided to wash dishes was a bottle of dish soap. There is no dedicated parking. The covered parking garage that is advertised is down a dark alley across the street. The elevator is accessed down two narrow hallways and a key must be used for access. The hallways on the second floor four reeked of garlic and other cooking smells, presumably from the bar and grill on the ground floor. Breakfast was fresh; however, it appeared to be the same thing every day.

This is a neat old hotel. The rooms are very nice with kitchen and living room with the bedroom private. The staff was very nice. Good breakfast. Easy parking on the street.

We reserved four nights at the Arrow. When we entered our “queen suite” we were immediately disappointed. The living room area was about 10x7 and only had a loveseat, one chair, and a tv on a coffee table. The kitchen was even smaller with full older appliances and mostly empty cabinets- there weren’t enough cooking pans to even attempt to make a meal. Down a very narrow hallway was the bedroom - maybe an 8x10 at the most- there was about 10 inches on each side of the queen bed to try to maneuver to get in the bed- the bathroom also very small - a bathtub with shower, toilet, sink/ no cabinet. We immediately noticed a meat smell as the space was above the downstairs kitchen of the restaurant. The blower for the kitchen was right below the window of the suite letting in all the grease and smells. The refrigerator top showed evidence as it was grease covered. I went down to the desk and asked to moved to no avail - the staff said since I booked with Expedia they could not do anything. I did an online chat with Expedia and was also told they could not do anything. Sooo we were stuck for 4 days in this small cracker box of a suite. I am still very upset that we paid a premium price for such poor accommodations

Loved my stay. The staff was excellent. Parking garage was great. The room was essentially a full one bedroom appt with full kitchen dining room living room and separate bedroom. Without question, the best place I've stayed in the region. Highly recommend!
