「Our stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple serious issues. One of the two rooms assigned to our family was double-booked, making the accommodation unavailable upon arrival. Additionally, the photos and descriptions of the property are inaccurate and misleading. We were assigned rooms 2A and 2B, which are simply bedrooms located off a hallway with a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen. Giacomo met us and showed us around the property. The room was very spacious and very clean. The beds were firm yet very comfortable. I would not hesitate to book again.」
