The Space:

There is a separate lounge area for entertaining and for the family to sit together and play board games. This is the ultimate house for families or friends to get together for a chilled weekend by the beach. Think sun, sand and comfy beds.



As you enter the house the living area is to the right, with the open plan kitchen diner at the back of the house, there is also a WC and small utility on this level. The first floor features the master bedroom with en-suite, 2 further bedrooms and a family bathroom. On the third floor you'll find the final bedroom with en suite.



Street parking is available on Wrotham Road (max two hours during the day - please see the signs on the road) or there us a car park on Chandos Square a few minutes walk away. Free parking is available on Western Esplanade about a 10 min walk away.

We’re a small, independent holiday let company based in Ramsgate and Broadstairs, offering a friendly, personal service across a range of properties from 1–5 bedrooms.

Whether you’re visiting for a seaside break, a family holiday, a corporate stay or a longer visit, we have options to suit different needs and budgets. We offer discounts on stays of 4 nights or more.

For larger groups or stays of more than 14 nights, please get in touch directly and we’ll be happy to discuss the best options. Corporate stays start from just £45 per person, per night.

Check-in details:

Check in information will be provided by email 3 days before your arrival date. Please keep an eye out for this email and if for any reason you don't receive it please let us know.

Standard check in time is 3pm, if you would like to check in early we advise you to message us around 1-2 days before arrival and we can confirm the earliest check in time available.



The Neighborhood:

Located on a quiet residential street and within a 5 min walk of shops and restaurants



Getting Around:

The property is located within a few minutes walk of the nearest bus stop and about a 10 min walk to the station

Please note, if you are a same sex group of more than 5 adults, please contact us prior to booking.

This property does not permit parties of any kind and has quiet time after 10pm and before 8am to be mindful of the neighbours.

Checkout:

Standard checkout time is 10am, if you would like to checkout late we will do all we can to accommodate this, but in the busy season this is not always possible. We advise to contact us once you have checked in about the availability of a late checkout.
