Cez Hotels.com som si zarezervoval apartman . Keď som po 8 hodinách prišiel do Brna nezdvíháli mi telefon , po čase mi napisali SMSku čo mi bolo čudne a čakal som pred apartmans asi hodinu aj dačo minut keď mi oznámili že rezervaciu nemajú zaevidovanú a že ich to mrzi a že skusia sa popýtať a najsť niečo lepšie do dnešného dňa sa neozvali :) . A peniaze neprišli

Apartado del centro. La fotografia del edificio no se corresponde con la del edificio real. Da lugar a confusión. Se trata de una residencia que, parece ser, habia sido habitual del propietario, destinada apartamento turístico. Se indica parking gratuito pero no es cierto: hay que dejar el vehículo en la calle. En nuestro caso viajábamos en motocicleta y no nos pareció seguro. Este aspecto era muy importante para nosotros! Aguna ligera deficiéncia: brazo de ducha roto. No hay hervidor ni cafetera. Sistema de iluminación "peculiar". Complicado contactar con la propiedad: solo por teléfono, y en inglés. El apartamento es muy grande, enorme, y cómodo. La zona tranquila. Limpio y ordenado. Propietario atento.

The accommodation was very dirty and in desperate need of maintenance. The drain in the bathroom did not work, doorknob were missing. The dishes and glasses were extremely dirty and had to be cleaned before use. The property requires intensive cleaning. A shame because the accommodation is spacious and for 2-4 persons (1 bedroom and a sofa) would be well suited.

This apartment has so much potential due to its large size and natural light, but it is really unclean. Not just due to cleaning between guests, but just no cleaning of general areas including:  kitchen sink did not drain and drains were smelly  Microwave was covered in food splatters inside  Fridge had melting ice inside and door had food spilt all over it  Benches were not clean  Plates, cutlery, and pots were not clean  No lighter for gas stove, and stove top and knobs were not clean  Bathroom basin, toilet and shower were not clean  Washing machine really grubby  Clothes dryer full of wet washing from previous guests  Dirty marks around the light switches  Wifi password in the apartment was not correct so didn’t work, they eventually messaged the correct password, but why not just give it in the first place? We washed some plates and cutlery for our use and kept them separate, and cleaned the chopping board with hot water and detergent. Plus it needs a number of things fixed – eg broken door handles, some lights not working, various fixtures have pulled out of the walls. Communication via email was efficient , including details to get into the apartment, code for lockbox etc. It would help if they told you what lockbox to use, there are about 4 of them, we tried a couple before we got to the correct one. Free parking available on the street outside. NB: The location shown by Expedia is not correct – the apartment is not central and you really need a car.
