"The price, living set up (1 bedroom suite), free parking right outside the home, walkway was very well lit up at night, location was excellent. Nice and quiet in a good neighborhood. As we were visiting family in Richmond, we didn't spend a lot of time in the suite, just there to sleep. Host was extremely responsive. Would stay there again."

The carpet in the bedroom has some stains but that would be my only complaint! A very nice thing the host did was leave us a bag with Ferraro Roche chocolates as a gift as it was the Christmas season. Great experience "
