The apartment is within the iconic Robinson Building in vibrant Bedminster. Steeped in history, this converted paper bag factory was built in the 1880s and went through an award-winning conversion to apartments in 2009.
This unique building is a sort after spot for locals and visitors alike. A stones throw from popular North Street, it has countless amenities within walking distance including coffee shops, pubs and restaurants.
The Space:
The flat itself offers a generous and stylish, open plan, “New York style” living area, fully-equipped kitchen and two large king-sized bedrooms.
The lounge benefits from double height ceiling and windows, with exposed brick and plenty of light. It has a large smart TV, bluetooth soundbar and most importantly – plenty of comfy seating to stretch out and relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d need to really feel at home. Want to cook “proper” meal whilst you’re here? No problem. You’ll find a double oven, induction hob, toaster, pots, pans and baking trays, scales, liquidiser and all other essential kitchen utensils. There’s also a Nespresso coffee machine, instant hot water and an American style fridge freezer with cold filtered water and ice.
The kitchen island can sit 4 comfortably for dining, and extra stools are available for 2 more if needed.
Both bedrooms are spacious and have king-sized beds. The first overlooks the lounge through the enclosed mezzanine windows. It benefits from a plenty of storage with a fitted wardrobe and drawers and a quirky feature of a small access hatch for morning cups of tea to be passed up from the kitchen!
The second bedroom also has a fitted wardrobe as well as a desk and office chair for anyone needing to work from home.
The bathroom has both a bath and a shower and there is a laundry cupboard with washing machine, iron and ironing board if needed during your stay.
There is an outdoor allocated parking spot available in the building car park.

Getting to the Harbourside is also very easy, as well as the city centre, which you can easily reach by foot.
