The location of the property is very convenient for all travel to various places of interest,the outside area could be made much pleasanter with a tidy up,but overall would highly recommend this propertyhope to return next year.

The property is even better than the photos. It’s comfortable, quiet, restful. Adequate kitchen, lovely patio, good tv, nice bedding. I will try to stay here again next time I’m in Bristol.

A little dated and grubby

The basement apartment had poor street appeal, yard needs a brush and door is rotten on bottom, internally walls were marked and looked more like a student type place than private apartment. Due to the basement level front room and kitchen a little dark. Television a nightmare to operate,so gave up. Great bathroom and lovely big bed, some wasted space in flat, and sofa through quite smelly. The place needed a good luck of paint. Venue in a very student location, parking as always a challenge in Bristol. No public long term parking near apartment.

Poorly equipped kitchen

The flat was clean overall and the location good. It was very cold on arrival and heating set to be on for a very limited time - this was sorted out by the adviser after contacting Hopewell. No toaster or microwave in the kitchen. Utensils and some of the crockery were dirty. 1 small dirty frying pan. Limited cutlery. No cleaning materials but a bottle of Weedol under the sink!! This is a hazardous product. The TV had not been tuned in and therefore did not function and loose wires left on the floor. Inaccurate and contradictory information given as to parking permits.
