Very convenient for treatment at St Andrews Hospital . Property is showing some wear and tear but everything was neat and tidy in the room. Staff were friendly. Good to actually have someone manning the reception till 5pm but very easy access after hours. .

Tour from the summit

Our stay was comfortable and incident free. Check-in was easy, we liked the onsite secure undercover parking. We visited after the drive from NSW and arrived in the rain, so it was good the get out of the car and enjoy the view from the room. We were in brisbane for the tour de brisbane cycling event and to visit some friends. The next night we enjoyed dinner out at the persian restaurant just around the corner across the roma st gardens. Maybe on our next stay, the pool renovation will be complete and we relax around that.

Spacious apartment with very comfortable beds and quality bed linens. Having access to two balconies was great as like many apartment blocks, windows are not able to be opened (due to safety regulations). Staff were friendly and efficient. The apartment is a little dated but it is clean, safe and quiet. I've stayed in another apartment block nearby, and Summit is much nicer, cleaner and spacious. The car park is easy to access but it may take a while to find a space as the green hotel spaces are randomly spread throughout the carpark. Central train station and Brisbane CBD is a 10-15 minute walk away. I booked via Expedia so the staff did not see my message regarding our arrival time - it might be good to place a message on the Expedia booking confirmation to communicate with Summit directly rather than via Expedia. My only issue is there is only central ducted air conditioning with no temperature control in the apartment. We prefer a cooler temperature especially at night time but thankfully the weather wasn't too hot or humid during our visit.

Near the CBD for work and dining. Caters to smokers without any problems. Reasonably quiet, nice view and location at the top of Spring Hill. Close to free Loop bus to city. Easy check in and helpful reception.

Great location close to the Valley and City Very spacious apartment with balcony. Excellent communication with reception and value for money. If I could say 1 thing it would have been nice to use the pool and spa and unfortunately it was empty. Will stay again.

Close enough to St Andrew's Hospital. Couldn't park underneath as maintenance was happening and it was too low for a 4WD. Was offered an outrside park so that was good. Staff were friendly.

Very clean, the building needs an upgrade, things need to be replaced. Our dryer was not working properly, shower door is very small and each day we were given a towel short. 3 booked in but only 2 towels each day. Very comfortable and close to the trains & buses. Staff very helpful.
