Ideal for business or a holiday, this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment offers a separate dining terrace, study/work space and laundry facilities, free Wi Fi, and 2 Smart TV’s. Building facilities include 2 swimming pools (indoor and out), gym, sauna and BBQ area. It’s one block from Brisbane’s ‘Golden Triangle’ business district, as well as close to all of Brisbane’s best bars & restaurants.

The Space:
Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in a home? You’ll think you’re in Europe with Italian marble furniture and a newly renovated all marble-bathroom. Perfect for business - or fun - in the centre of Brisbane’s business district and also close to restaurants, shops & cinemas. Or don’t go out: stay in and chill. TV’s in both lounge and bedroom, and free WiFi in the apartment. This apartment has the largest 1-bedroom floor plan in the building, with
• Separate dining area with a 6 seat marble table, perfect for hosting a dinner party.
• Separate study
• Separate laundry room with washer & dryer
• Long galley style kitchen with stone benchtops, a dishwasher, 4-burner gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave & fridge
• Bedroom has a king-sized bed with TV, with ample built in robes (plus more robes in the study)

• Reverse-cycle ducted aircon ensures the space is the perfect temperature all year round.

Building Amenities:
• Resort style facilities: 2 pools (indoor lap pool and outdoor pool), sauna, large gym, sundeck, barbecue facilities and alfresco dining tables
• Separate residents lounge for meetings
• Breakfast (and all day dining) available at the Coffee Club café, on the ground floor of the building (open 7 days), or at one of many other restaurants a few steps from the apartment

The Neighborhood:
Perfectly located in the City Centre, walking distance to Brisbane’s best restaurants, two supermarkets, Queen Street Mall, Botanic Gardens, QUT, Cinemas. Howard Smith Wharf restaurants and The Qld Performing Arts Centre are 15 minutes' walk away, with St Vincent’s Private Hospital and the Qld Children’s Hospital a 25 min. walk from the apartment.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of free visitor parking in Charlotte Street. Alternatively, there are bus stops in Charlotte Street a few steps from the apartment. Brisbane’s Central train station is only 12 minutes’ walk away.

Other Things to Note:
* The building does not allow excessive noise, thus we may have to evict guests if these terms are breached. In this case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.

*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.

* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals by MaisonNets and is not a hotel.
