Key Pick-Up: The key will need to be picked up from a secure location at KeyNest point at the Ezymart shop located at 1/21 Mary St, Brisbane City approximately 300 metres away, around a 4-minute walk or 700 metres by car (approximately 2–3 minutes) from the apartment away from the property. The shopkeeper will show you to the room at the back right of the store, containing a locker where you can type in your unique code to collect the keys for the apartment. This is a different location to the property you’ll be staying at. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.
