    The space
    Olive House Greenbank is a newly built boutique-style retreat designed with warm organic tones, cozy textures, and modern comfort throughout. Featuring spacious open-plan living, stylish bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee & tea nook, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and free parking, this home is perfect for families, groups, and business travellers seeking a calm and memorable stay in peaceful Greenbank.

    The home is ideally suited for up to 8 guests across the bedrooms. The sofa in the living room can be converted to a large sofa bed, and may accommodate up to 2 additional guests upon prior approval, allowing a maximum occupancy of 10 guests.

    All guests staying at the property must be included in the booking. Additional guest fees apply for guests above the standard 8-person occupancy. Linen, bedding, and towels are prepared based on the number of registered guests. Guests above the standard occupancy may need to bring their own additional bedding and towels or make use of the spare throws available within the property.
