"All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room had only one electrical outlet (in the bedroom not the bathroom). So trying to use my hair curling iron in the bedroom with no mirror was difficult. Their restaurant basically includes breakfast (starting at 7am, but we had to leave at 6:30am for a flight), Everything else in the room was great. The hotel has a kitchen that prepares some food items when asked (additional charge); we ordered a pizza that was delicious, also there were some cold sandwiches and a few other things in a refrigerator in the lobby, The bar was always available and reasonably priced, The weather was beautiful, so we enjoyed sitting outside on their "patio area" that has quite a few chairs and tables. There are no stores, restaurants, etc. with walking distance except for one restaurant a few blocks away (opens at 6pm with many food choices; our meals were very good)."

"By chance I chose this property for my stay in Como. What a HUGE blessing! The staff was so helpful and kind and I truly loved the accents! The property is stunning and lures you in from the moment you pull into the drive with vines and architecture surrounding you. Enter thru a beautiful entry with a winding red carpet stairway that leads you to an enchanting room of old world charm and luxury. I wanted to drink coffee all day and read a book in this room. In fact every common area you wanted to spend time in like it was a hope of a royal family. We then entered our room! I was so very pleased and excited...I felt like royalty. So clean, very elegant and a view! The windows are adorned with beautiful curtains and wooded shutters to block the light from the windows that open out to the view of lake and courtyard of the city! This is worth every dime you spend to stay."
