Welcome to our cozy home! This lovely property features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with a single bed. Guests can enjoy a spacious living room for movie nights, a dining area, and a large kitchen with a garden view, perfect for sipping on your favourite cup of tea. Come and experience the feeling of home away from home!

Parking is free of course, driveway for the house can fit 2 cars

Bus stop 3 minutes walk, Fishergate train station is just 10 minutes walk away.

Other things to note
Two living rooms with a separate kitchen and dining room are quite spacious. It's a bright and comfy space.
General House Rules:
1. Leave the House as You Found It
Please leave the house in the same clean condition you received it. Make sure no rubbish is left behind, no unwashed dishes are left in the sink, and any used appliances (such as the oven and fridge) are cleaned after use.
2. Guests & Visitors
Only registered guests are allowed to stay. No extra visitors unless agreed in advance. In case breaking the rule will pay extra charges.
3. No Parties or Events
Strictly, no parties or large gatherings allowed.
4. Lights & Heating
Before leaving the house, turn off all lights and heating to save energy.
5. Shoes Policy
No shoes are allowed upstairs. Please use the shoe rack provided.
6. Quiet Hours
There is no noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect neighbours and others.
7. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Please respect these times to allow for cleaning.
8. No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area (if applicable).
9. Pets
Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved.
10. Damages
Any damage caused during your stay should be reported immediately.
11. Security
Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property.
12. Trash & Recycling
Please follow local guidelines for separating waste and recycling. Details are in the house manual.
13. Lost Keys
A fee will be charged for lost keys.
