    Beautifully styled unit in a quiet location close to the river and a lovely walk to the centre of Bright...plus it is pet friendly.

    This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group).

    BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps a maximum of 4 people)
    Bedroom 1 - King Bed, large mirrored wardrobe and split system
    Bedroom 2 - 2 x King Single Beds, ceiling fan

    All bedding and towels are included.

    KITCHEN / DINING / LOUNGE
    Enjoy wonderful open plan living/dining with a galley style kitchen. Quality appliances including Bosch oven, Beko dishwasher and Westinghouse refrigerator. Relax on the comfortable couches and watch a DVD on the television or gather around the dining table for a meal with family or friends. All crockery, cutlery and cooking items are provided for your convenience so just stock up at the local supermarket and cook up a feast.

    Wifi is provided and access details are located in the compendium.

    HEATING & COOLING
    Enjoy the ambience and comfort of the slow combustion fire in the cooler months whilst the reverse cycle system can cool you down as the temperature heats up outside. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.

    BATHROOM
    Shower and bath (with separate toilet). Quality toiletries are provided for your convenience.

    OUTDOORS
    The verandah overlooks a securely fenced yard for you and your pet to enjoy. The gas BBQ is plumbed into the mains so you won't run out of gas whilst cooking. The established trees offer privacy and a sense of tranquility with garden aspects from nearly every window.

    PET POLICY
    Well behaved pets are welcome upon request. The yard is fully enclosed for their security. To allow Bright Holidays to continue offering pet friendly accommodation, we ask that you ensure you pick up after your pets. Please note that at no time is your pet/s to be left unattended in the unit. Please arrange a 'sitter' for your pet if you plan on going out.

    Top loading Fisher & Paykel washing machine and Simpson dryer. Please note that there is a communal washing line at the rear of unit 4 for all guests to use.

Their was a couple of issues with the television and some light globes out, but we rang the agency and they responded very proply with a new arial so we could watch the television without a problem. Everything we could want or need was supplied and the setting amongst the beautiful garden and bush was sooooo peaceful. A very short stroll to the river track for our morning walk to town for coffee. Will definitely return and hopefully for longer. Thank you!

Everything was perfect, from the layout, the beautiful garden, the location, the very thoughtful welcome pack for us and for puppy and how dog friendly everything was. It really made, what could be a little stressful holiday with a dog, to a well planned getaway where everything was so convenient! Thank you! We look forward to coming back :)

Biking holiday

Overall it was excellent. The apartment was spacious and light with lovely views of the surrounding gardens. The only two problems we encountered were that the agent’s s code to pick up the keys didn’t work, (fortunately the agency was still open), and the 2nd was that there was no room to do a 3 point turn with our SUV when a large SUV was parked outside the next flat; particularly so when we had our bike rack on the back. Otherwise it was a very pleasant place to stay and we’d come again.

We couldn’t FaceTime with family overseas due to the poor connection.2) Please leave more than three towels and three rolls of toilet paper for two people over 10 days.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this property and its location and have now stayed there 4 times. This occasion we were disappointed by the inability to connect to the wifi because all devices rejected the password provided including the TV. The TV wasn’t tuned to channel 9 so we couldn’t watch the AusOpen tennis. We had to use our phone’s hotspot to use the 9Now app on the TV to watch the tennis. On previous stays we had no problem connecting to the on site wifi.

A Bright Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in the same cottage (Tyntynder # 4) on about four or five occasions, going back a number of years. Always a super place to stay, being so comfortable, clean, well equipped and peaceful. Being pet-friendly has been the main reason for returning. My only comment regarding an improvement is for some non-slip material to be put onto the veranda steps. The wood surface, when wet, as it was during the recent stay, is quite slippery and dangerous. Hand rails down the side of the steps would also be a safety improvement. We are not as young and agile as we once were!

Fantastic dog friendly accommodation

Great dog friendly property, a little way out of town but worth it for the peace, quiet and bird life plus cherry walk practically outside your backyard. Beds comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to stay in and cook, loved the warmth of the wood fire on the cold winter nights.
