「When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. 」

「Studio is a great place to stay in Paris! Super convenient location and on the first floor (only up one set of stairs). Check-in is super easy, and key pick-up/drop-off is about an 8-minute walk from the apartment. There are a few things in the apartment that could use some repair (the bathroom door does not lock or fully close, and the kitchen faucet lever comes off). Great place to sleep when you want to spend the majority of time in the city.」

「So many issues with this booking. First of all the keys. The key locker is a block away- fine, but the owners/property managers have not set up the locker correctly. What should be easy - they give you a code (ahead of time please) and the key lock should pop open. They have complicated the issue by making YOU connect to an app (this is for the OWNER - clearly they don't know how to use the system) where you are supposed to leave a Credit card etc. SO MANY ISSUES WITH THIS PROCESS.
