This cozy, 2 bedroom cottage boasts a private, shallow-entry waterfront on Long Lake in Bridgton, Maine. The property sits on a private, wooded lot, encompassing 1/3 of an acre. With only three stairs to sandy gradual entry, the dock and mooring can easily accommodate boats up to 22 feet. The waterway spanning Long Lake, attached to Brandy Pond and Sebago Lake via the Songo River, covers over 40 miles and provides ample space for boating adventures. Situated within close proximity to the Naples Causeway and the charming town of Bridgton, enjoy convenient access to an array of recreational activities, shopping and dining experiences.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WAS GREATED BY 100'S OF HOUSE FLIES. THINK THE HATCH HAPPENED INSIDE THE HOUSE. TOOK A COUPLE OF DAYS TO GET RID OF THEM.BECAUSE OF THE HUMIDITY THE BATHROOM IN PARTICULAR & THE SINGLE BEDROOM MATRESS BECAME RATHER ODORIFEROUS. AN AC UNIT WOULD HELP STABELIZE THE AIR.A SIMPLE HAND RAIL ON THE BACK STAIRS WOULD BE A PLUS WIFE IS HANDICAPED. I HAD TO BRING A CEMENT BLOCK TO HELP MAKE A SHORTER DISTANCE TO STEP DOWN TO THE GROUND.FYI !! RACOONS RAIDED TWICE, I THINK THEIR ROUTINE IS FRIDAY NIGHTS ONLY.TRASH IS OK THE REST OF THE TIME.

SOMETIMES IT ISN'T EASY

Reviewer Comments: WOULD STILL LIKE TO HAVE A HANDRAIL AT THE WATER SIDE.ALSO HAD TO BRING CEMENT BLOCKS TO USE AS A LAST STEP SO MY HANDICAPPED WIFE COULD ENJOY THE OUTSIDE. COMPARED TO THE WOODEN STAIRS THE LAST STEP TO THE SAND HAS MUCH LONGER DROPOFF.THE BACK STAIRS ARE FINE, BUT ACCESS TO THE WATER SIDE IS DIFFICULT BECAUSE OF A GATE THAT'S HARD TO OPEN BY A HANDICAPPED PERSON.
