「Amazing staff - I stay here because of them! They're always so kind, helpful, and cheerful; it's really nice to be greeted like you're coming home.」

「Loved it」

「No breakfast included— would have to pay extra, even for a cup of coffee!! For the price they charged there should have been coffee available. Of course there was the little machine in the room, but wants that hassle with the powdered creamer?」

「This is a extended stay hotel. This should REALLY be in the title after the name of the hotel. I would NEVER have stayed here had I known. We checked in Thursday night and while the lobby looked clean, when we got to our floor there was trash up and down the hallway that was present for 24 hours. Then there was a lady complaining about bugs and had to be moved. Which had me worried. The walls are paper thin. Around 2 in the morning the upstairs neighbors were playing music or having a party...

「Room was cleaned once during my stay at which point I had things stollen from my room too which the hotel staff did nothing!」

「Staff was friendly! Very clean room and fitness facility. Very conveniently located. I'll definitely stay here again.」
