「Located right in the middle of town, we stayed in Kinnoul, larger than anticipated the two floors were wonderfully clean and modern, couldn't have been better. Lovely kitchen area with everything, apart from tea towels so we had to use the hand towel.
Some reviews say there is noise but we must have been lucky, maybe neighbouring apartments were uninhabited during our stay, whole place was silent, apart from town clock chiming every quarter hour, which didnt bother us and wasn't through the...

「One of the best places we’ve stayed in . Breakfast was superb with a good choice of fruit and cereal followed by a first class Scottish breakfast.
Our room was beautifully decorated with everything one might want. Parking was excellent and we were allowed to leave the car well after check out. Mine host Gordon couldn’t have been more helpful.」

「Great place to explore the nearby areas (Pitlochry, Dunkeld). We needed a space for 4 and a Bernese Mountain dog and it was a good size. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Once we figured out the heating system, it was all good. Would happily come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the BBQ.」

「Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+」
