28 sq-m studio with sleeping area for 4/5 persons on the third and top floor of the residence with lift. A Balcony facing east with a beautiful view on the vanoise mountain.
Living area with dining area, 2 single beds (2 persons), television and storages.
Kitchen area with induction hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Washing machine.

SLEEPING CAPACITY:
Living area: 2 single beds (2 persons).
Alpine alcove separated by a sliding door: one sofa bed (130cm) and 1 folding bed (1 persons).

SHOWER ROOM:
Shower and toilets.

Underground parking and Wifi internet access included.

RENTAL CONDITIONS :
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.
Bed linen is not included for all year round stays.
Towels and cleaning at the end of the stay not included and on request.
