"Top notch property! We have stayed in many VRBO's and this one is right up there with the best of the best. CJ responded promptly and communication was very smooth. Everything is as advertised with no disappointments. The SkiBall machine in the basement was a very unique feature and provided hours of fun for our kids! Just be warned that the property is set back form the lake a bit and it is a pretty steep walk down to the dock (this is clearly stated in the property description, so it wasn't a surprise to us, but our older family members with mobility issues couldn't make it down to the lake from the house. There are 2 handicapped accessible boat launches 10 minutes away that we picked them up from). Otherwise we had a wonderful week and hope to stay here again soon!"

"We loved our stay! The house is lovely - incredibly well maintained with a warm and relaxing “cottage by the lake” feel. The views and access to the lake are wonderful - especially from the lower terrace right off the deck (a great place to enjoy dinner!) and dining area right off the kitchen. On a rainy morning (which thankfully we only had 1 day), it is a great spot to sit and read and enjoy your morning coffee (or for remote work while still getting to “enjoy the lake” like my husband did most mornings). The hosts, specifically Patricia, were very communicative and available to answer any questions within minutes. We look forward to returning! Highly recommend!"

"We traveled to the Poconos for the first time with our adult children and their significant others, and we had such a great little getaway! The house we stayed at was nice, clean, and comfortable. The host responded quickly every time. We loved the community amenities, enjoyed seeing all the wildlife, and really enjoyed having both a propane fire pit and a wood-burning fire pit to use. It was a great way to spend some time together as a family, and we would definitely come back!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this house, and particularly valued the setting--right on the small lake. The only recommendation I'd have is to refresh the beds outside of the master suite's queen. The other mattresses just weren't particularly comfortable, unfortunately. Still, I realize mattresses are a personal taste, etc... Other than this, I'd highly recommend."

"Will and Abbie were great hosts. Check in was very smooth and we had all the info well ahead of our check in date. The house was well stocked and clean and is a great location with excellent views of the lake. We had an issue with wasps or mud daubers building a nest right where you stepped off the dock and Will came over within an hour and killed them also digging the nest out. The only thing to be aware of is if you are pulling a boat backing into the driveway with it is just about impossible without turning around somewhere first and backing down the road from the opposite direction. The road is narrow and there is a culvert on each side of the driveway and a stone wall opposite the driveway on the neighbors property along the edge of the road. Perhaps if you had a smaller tow vehicle you could do it, but I drive a Ram 2500 and the boat is 18' and I could not make the turn. It is not a huge deal because all you have to do is turn around in a neighbors driveway and back down the road from the other direction and it is a non issue. Just pointing this out as it is something to be aware of. We had a great time and would love to come back again in the future!"

"This is our second time staying at this wonderful lakehouse, and it was just as amazing as the first! The home is very clean and has plenty of space for our whole family to be comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals, and we love the gorgeous lake view and the friendly deer that visit the property every day. Highly recommended!"

"This house is exquisite! Clean, roomy, cozy. I will be going back again! The views outside are amazing. The upper deck and lower deck are so relaxing. There is an adorable room off the living room set up for children if you have kids. We went the lake several times but we really just loved hanging in and out of the house. The beds were very comfortable."
