Sharing our getaway - Our family loves Brian Head, Duck Creek and Panguitch Lake. We have visited our share of vacation homes, cabins, campgrounds and hotel rooms in the area. When we found this space we found our perfect home away from home. This is not an investment property, we are sharing our favorite getaway.

THE RULES
We only want to share this space with people equally committed to caring for it while they enjoy it! It is not a party-pad. No smoking (of anything) on property. No pets. We love dogs but even the best behaved Beverly Hills Chihuahua is prone to accidents when left at home all day. There is no yard.

In the heart of Brian Head Utah. three hours from Las Vegas. Only a 6 hour drive from Los Angeles (yes, potentially closer than Mammoth and more fun to get to). Nearby to Zion, Bryce Canyon the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Duck Creek Utah, and Panguitch Lake Utah.

In the summer, the surrounding area offers hiking, mountain biking, and fishing, as well as ATV tours. With close proximity to Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, and Cedar Breaks National Monument, this condo serves as the perfect base for exploring the natural wonders of southern Utah.

Summer activities: Hunting, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, mountain biking. Ziplining, alpine slides, the best downhill terrain for mountain bikes fed by lifts.
Winter: Snow tubing and as much skiing and snowboarding as you can handle. There are even snowmobiles for rent nearby.
