You'll have access to the HOT TUB, SAUNA, GAME ROOM and other community amenities along with complimentary underground parking and free firewood. Just steps away from the Giant Steps lift, you'll enjoy quick access to the slopes! Relax after a long day on the mountain around the wood-burning fireplace watching your favorite movie or show on the HDTV. Book your trip to Brian Head today!

    4WD and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.
    - No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
    - No pets allowed
    - No events, parties, or large gatherings
    - Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
    -Please do not move or rearrange any furniture.
    -Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
    -Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.

    - NOTE: Exterior security cameras are located around the outside of the cabin. The camera does not look into any interior spaces

Family vacay

Was the perfect place for a quick family get away to the mountains. Close to the lodge and all the activities for us so we didn't really have to leave once we got there. My kids enjoyed the space and tones of room for us. Definitely would rebook again!

Had a good time

It was a busy holiday weekend, so the hot tub was very crowded and some jets didn’t work. Second hot tub was being repaired and not in use. Sauna needs a door knob heat escapes out of the hole in the door. Showers were filthy and no lock on the door. Game room had just the pool table and ping pong. Air hockey and Foosball tables were both broken and were removed. Still had a good time, but did not meet expectations.
