"First of all, I would give the place a 5 star if the hot tub was working and we didn't have to haul away our garbage. We selected this space because it had a hot tub, which is really important in the winter after you've been skiing/snowboarding all day. When we arrived the hot tub was half empty with water and would not heat. It also had several feet of snow on the cover so it obviously hadn't been inspected in a while. "Very comfortable and thoughtfully-appointed condo. We (two adults, one child) enjoyed our stay here over the New Year's holiday - it's close enough to walk to the "beginner side" of Brian Head, though we chose to drive. Parking was easy at the resort and we really, really appreciated having covered parking available in the garage at the condo. The condo itself is quite comfortable - lots of blankets and towels available, the kitchen is pretty well stocked with cooking equipment, we enjoyed the multiple seating options in the living room, and the fireplace was such a delight to sit by in the evening. The bedroom is a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. Scott, the host, is responsive and friendly. We are happy to stay here again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!"

"I have stayed here a couple times this year. Owner was very accommodated to HELP make my stay pleasant. After the first stay I mentioned a small leak in the dishwasher and mentioned the washer and dryer wasn't working both were replaced a couple weeks later when I returned for my longer stay.
