Waterfront on Black Pond and Long Pond! Two bedrooms plus sleeping loft cottage. Inside you will find the charm of Cape Cod from the moment you open the door. Nautically inspired interior design with a focus on maximized use of space, this vacation home is a dream come true. The living room is bright and tastefully accented with colorful rugs, whimsical art and comfy furnishings (sofa is a pull-out bed). The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and ready for the catch of the day. An attached dining area affords the option of dining inside or out on the pond-side patio. Also on the main level is Bedroom 1 with a full size bed and Bedroom 2 with full sized sofa bed and TV, a 3/4 bath with shower. There is also a sweet little nook with a day bed, books and a view of Black Pond. Climb the stairs to the upstairs loft with 2 twin bed trundle and sitting area. Air conditioning throughout will keep you cool during the hot summer days. The outdoor shower is a soothing place to end a full day. This cottage is cute as can be but this home is built on a little piece of Heaven and the many joys of summer on Cape Cod are steps away. Just .3 miles to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Come and visit Brewster,the ponds, the shops, the summer baseball, the parks and beaches, all are close at hand and waiting for you to enjoy.

Beautiful location

Perfect little cottage for a getaway near nature. We loved that the cottage is on the ponds for swimming and the view from the outdoor table was lovely.

This is our second visit to this property and we are already discussing a third visit.

We love this property and the special location it occupies. On both Long and Black ponds, just around the corner from the bike path and centrally located to all of our favorite Cape Cod destinations!
