Communication:Travis was very responsive and helpful with any communications, from beginning to end.Amenities:The pictures don’t really illustrate well enough the features of this house. The game room is excellent, with a beautiful pool table, a poker table with chips, a nice foosball table and a nice TV. There is a small volleyball court outside, cornhole boards, and other small touches. The main deck is HUGE (about 30ftx30ft). The great room is beautiful, and open layout from great room to dining to bar to kitchen is excellent for large groups. The upstairs gathering room was big enough to play cornhole indoors during bad weather. There is a very nice smart projector in the room also. The only problem with the layout is the number of bathrooms.Kitchen:The kitchen is vast, and the cooking units and refrigerator are awesome. If you are into cooking, you will love the kitchen, but might bring your own large skillets (they just weren't big enough for large groups) and baking pans.Cleanliness and condition:This was the only real problem with the house. The maintenance crew really is not getting it done here. We had to clean several of the A/C filters just to get them running properly. One of the units did cool at all. The remote for the projector had nonfunctional buttons, so we could not use it. The door to the off-kitchen bathroom is a pocket door, and almost impossible to slide. The carpets could use a deep cleaning. We were a golf trip group, so these things were not
