  • Perfect home for you to relax on the back deck in total privacy or run into town for great food and oodles of Cape Cod charm. Quick 12-15 min walk to the beautiful beaches of Brewster.
    House has no central air but has never needed it because of lovely Cape Cod breezes. There is AC in each of the bedrooms in case you like a chilly bedroom.
    Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a 1/2 bathrooms in the common areas.
    Plenty of room to spread out, with multiple living spaces.
    You will fall in love with Brewster and this tucked away paradise.
