"Place was dirty and needing repairs. Stayed to catch a cruise. If I ever go back for a cruise I will definitely book somewhere else. Price was lower than others but wasn't worth the price."

"We had a wonderful stay at this cute Cocoa home while waiting to embark on our Star of the Seas  cruise! The property is exactly as pictured—the photos are a perfect match for the clean and cozy space we found upon arrival. The thoughtful snacks and coffee were such a nice touch, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was nice to see fans in the rooms. We were especially thankful for the washer and dryer before heading to the port. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet very close to Cocoa Beach. We would definitely stay here again for our next cruise out of Port Canaveral!"

"Pics online make it look a lot more glamorous. It was good for a few days that we were waiting for our cruise. If I would have booked this for a week long vacation I would have been disappointed, the game room had a air hockey table that was very wobbly, foosball table that was uneven, there were two bicycles there that had flat tires and the chain was off one of them. The yard had no grass and was over grown with weeds. In the house we couldn’t adjust the temperature one part of the house was warm and the other cold. We had to wait for the hot water in the shower after a few showers. After wearing white socks on the floor they were black when we took them off. The laundry room and kitchen were good location was good with Walmart being pretty close for all of our needs, and a short drive to cocoa beach. Check in and check out was a breeze with clear directions for what to do. "

"Our vacation with 3 grandkids was great staying here, the pool was a bonus as the kids were swimming for hours each day and the hot tub was relaxing at the end of our busy days. Will definitely try to rent this house again next visit to Florida"
