"Our first time staying at a Brit Hotel. The staff, even the ones that did not speak English were extremely friendly and helpful. A special commendation to Elise who went above and beyond to help us. "A surprise gem, slightly older hotel so unsure when we arrived but the staff are wonderful and the location is great, walkable (20mins down the hill and back up) to the town. A really pleasant stay."

"Everything was great very nice. Only issue was that we had no hot water to shower the morning we left, which ironically enough is exactly why we booked them because of a hot water issue at another facility. As we left they told us it was fixed and we could use it but we were already packed up and had plans/timetables for the day. Otherwise it was a great place to stay."
