Apartment of 52 m2 in hyper center recently renovated is very comfortable. Restaurants, shops, market, tram, bus nearby
Fitted kitchen open to the living room (combined oven / microwave, washing machine dryer, hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster)

 a separate room from the living room.

- a bathroom with toilet (shower and towel radiator).

The accommodation is on the first floor, in a small building of 5 apartments, secured by an intercom, in a quiet street where parking is free and in the streets (+ free parking nearby immediate vicinity).

Sheets provided, the bed is made.

Basic products in the kitchen for the beginning of the stay: washing up liquid, sponge, sugar, salt, oil, pepper ...

Lovely place!

Enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it! A clean, lovely apartment in a great location. We walked or took the tram everywhere we wanted to go. The owners were extremely helpful and kind.

Little gem in the heart of the city. Well suited for our needs as a family of 3. Clean, modern furnishings that are simple but highly functional. Good communication with owners and greeted upon arrival. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Très bel appartement situé dans un quartier commerçant de Brest. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, l'appartement est refait et équipé à neuf, le stationnement y est gratuit...tout pour passer un excellent week-end end en somme.

Accogliente e funzionale bilocale in Brest

L'appartamento è molto accogliente, luminoso, silenzioso e funzionale. Parcheggio gratuito e sempre disponibile sotto casa. È a 7 min a piedi dalla via centrale di Brest e nella strada parallela ci sono vari negozi di alimentari, farmacia e piccolo market. Il proprietario ha risposto a tutte le mie domande in modo veloce ed esauriente sia prima dell'arrivo che dopo. Sono stata qui 7 notti con la mia famiglia, da Brest abbiamo facilmente esplorato tutto il Finisterre e abbiamo lasciato con dispiacere questo delizioso alloggio.

Accueil très cordial par le propriétaire, à l'heure souhaitée. Attention aux détails dans l'appartement. Très bien équipé, avec des équipements de qualité. Grande table pour manger à l'aise. Les pièces sont vastes et lumineuses. Coin tranquille pour une bonne nuit de sommeil. Près de tout, stationnement gratuit sur la rue. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.
