"Wonderful hotel. Perfect location and unique in that there is a beautiful area with grass and trees right by the lake. All the hotel staff were superb and make you feel like you're on holiday at all times. The superior double room was great with amazing views of the lake and mountains. "All in all, it was simply amazing place, very good service and awesome location. The minor thing comes from the booking system from hotels.com ( apparently it’s Expedia). When you book for a 2 adults and a kid, you do mention that the age of the kid. In our instance our daughter is 10 but on the booking it stated infant / baby. "Our host Oreste was very helpful and friendly. The staff at this hotel spoke English and went above and beyond to help us. They even provided excellent Gluten free rolls for my breakfast each morning when I told them I was Celiac. The breakfast spread was excellent.
