"I always find these apartments a great location for my work & with parking available even better. I arrived to a warm apartment but with a fan in the room & turned on, which was appreciated. The electric charging in the car park was not working so I was unable to charge my vehicle, I had this issue last time & noticed that no one else was charging. A suggestion of improvement would be to include which building you are in by talking about the car park, if you arrive by car it isn’t always...

"Upon arriving at the booked property at the assigned check in time following a very long and tiring journey we found that it was not cleaned or prepared for us yet. We had to wait an additional 30 mins for the property to be in a clean condition and even so was not up to standard.
