This little cottage is the perfect spot for a nice little getaway. The cottage is fully furnished with everything you will need. Beautiful front porch with rocking chairs and back porch is set up for a nice relaxing evening. The cottage is decorated super cute and the Host is ABSOLUTLY amazing to work with.

Cottage is super cozy and in center of downtown. It is so peaceful away from all the hustle and bustle of a busy life. Cottage has everything you need all you have to do is bring your clothes. The host Mrs Susie is the sweetest lady and she really takes pride in making sure you are well taken care of. We stay there twice a year and just love it.

Sue Cobb was delightful and very accommodating. The best hostess of any! The huge back porch was very peaceful and pleasant to sit and have morning coffee. We cooked out one evening and ate at the table on the porch. Sue had extra snacks for us and was available for any needs we had. We diffidently will stay again.

Another great stay at the Sunshine Cottage.

This was our second stay and it was great. It is an excellent location. Everything was perfect and our hostess Suzie was very accommodating. Couldn’t ask for more.

Wonderful stay in the country!

Highly recommend Sunshine Cottage! Susie is a wonderful host, the cottage is just as described. Here you'll find a charming stay in a beautifully decorated and comfortable space. Loved the seasonal decor, personal touches and the Blue Bell ice cream :)

Wonderful cottage stay

The cottage has tons of charm, great front and back porch, is conveniently located to the little downtown and a quick drive to the highway. It was just my wife and I and it offered plenty of space to relax after the daily outings. The host was very responsive and kind, as well. We'd definitely stay here again.

The cottage was fun and charming with plenty of thoughtful touches to make our stay comfortable. Short was to downtown, shops, restaurants, and museum. Just what we needed to unwind. We look forward to staying there again!

Best little cottage

Love this little cottage. It is located on the heart of Chappell Hill. We have stayed here many times and this place always feels like home away from home. Cozy and peaceful. House is decorated so cute and VERY CLEAN! The host Mrs Susie is the sweetest and she always makes sure you are well taken care of.

Beautiful cozy little cottage

Such a cozy little cottage. Perfect stay and walking distance to the shops in town. Host has BlueBell ice cream for guest that stay and we sat on porch in the rockers eating our Bluebell. The cottage is decorated so cute and has everything you need for a perfect little getaway.
