Wonderful location and resort! Everything felt new, modern, and very well maintained, and the staff was great. The beach was quiet, beautiful, and never felt crowded, especially compared with Baška Voda, which is just a few-minute walk away. There’s a beautiful path along the beach that makes it easy to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and gelato. We loved our stay at Bluesun Berulia and would definitely stay again!

First of all, BRELA is beautiful. It does not have a lot of tourist due to the fact there is no cruise ship port bus terminal or airport nearby. It feels very local. The restaurants along the beach walkway were amazing and easy to access from the hotel. The sauna was excellent. There was a small fee but well worth it. You must reserve ahead of time but you’ll have a lot of privacy the beaches out front our world class they are small pebble type beaches, but the water is so clear you can see 25 feet Highly recommend heading out to the right side or to the north to a couple of the beach, restaurants and bars as they have outstanding food and drinks steps from the water wasn’t too impressed with the food at the hotel great buffet breakfast, but I wouldn’t recommend eating dinner there not because it wasn’t good. There’s just so many great options down the beach that are right on the water. The hotel was super clean and had been recently refurbished. We will definitely stay there again.

Wir hatten insgesamt ruhige Tage vor Ort und bedanken uns herzlich beim freundlichen Hotelteam für die Gastfreundschaft. ​Ein paar Punkte haben unseren Gesamteindruck jedoch etwas getrübt und bieten Potenzial für Verbesserungen: ​Belüftung: Die automatische und durchaus notwendige Abluft im Toilettenbereich ist recht laut. Da der Bereich offen gestaltet ist, empfanden wir das auf Dauer als etwas störend. ​Zimmerservice & Details: Bei unserer Ankunft war das Waschbecken leider verstopft, was eigentlich schon bei der Zimmerreinigung hätte auffallen können. Auch dass Seife und Shampoo erst nach Aufforderung nachgefüllt wurden, ist schade – hier würden wir uns einen aufmerksameren Service wünschen. ​Gastronomie: Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht; die Auswahl und der Geschmack waren solide, lagen für uns allerdings eher im Durchschnitt.

Ich hatte einen absolut perfekten Urlaub. Das Hotel war einfach erstklassig – jedes Detail stimmte. Das Essen war hervorragend, das Personal unglaublich freundlich, und die Sauberkeit war tadellos. Fabulous holiday, lovely hotel and pools, quite a few steps down to the beach which was expected. Staff were very friendly and helpful however just perhaps felt not enough of them to serve drinks. Not wanting to sound spoilt but when you book 5* I would have expected a little better service. Buffet food was lovely but the a la carte was not included perhaps my misunderstanding. Free water would have been pleasant especially throughout the day and evening meal.

The Bluesun Hotel Berulia has a lot going for it. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, the location is lovely, and having a nice beach directly in front of the hotel is a huge plus. Breakfast was included in our stay and we enjoyed it—the selection and quality were good. Unfortunately, the room experience didn’t live up to the same standard. We stayed in a Superior Room, which we found uncomfortable. Housekeeping was also disappointing, and the toiletries provided felt quite low quality for a hotel at this price point. Another small but telling detail was the coffee in the room. Only packets of instant coffee were provided. At this level and price, I would expect something more elevated, such as a Nespresso or similar coffee machine. Overall, the setting, grounds, beach, and breakfast are the highlights, but the rooms, housekeeping, amenities, and attention to detail need improvement to match the price and the impression the hotel creates from the outside.
