You will be staying in a 4-room penthouse at the "lautrec" property. The penthouse is located on the 5th floor and spans an area of 140 square meters. The comfortable and cozy furnishings include an entrance hall with a separate WC and electric heating. The open living/dining room features a dining table, digital TV with international channels, and electric heating. There is also an exit leading to a balcony and a terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. On the upper floor, you will find three double bedrooms. The first double bedroom has one bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a TV. The second double bedroom also has one bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a TV. The third double bedroom has two beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and it also has a TV. Additionally, there is a bath/shower/WC area with electric heating.
