For shared use: swimming pool heated (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Children's pool. In the house: lift. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 1.5 km, tram 500 m, bus stop "Bredene Koerslaan" 1.1 km, railway station "Bredene Renbaan" 1 km, sandy beach "strand bredene" 1.0 km. Franchement j’ai adoré, le coin est tout simplement idéal pour la famille, calme, propre et le voisinage est assez gentil. La plage n’est pas trop loin du local. La chambre d enfant est sans fenêtre, du coup est chiant pour une ado avoir tjrs la porte ouverte, pour ma part c’est le seul bémol

Wir hatten leider in unserem Betten Hunde Haare und im Kinderbett lange braune Haare dabei der Boden dreckig Schranktüre vom Badezimmer ist auf dem Kopf von meiner Tochter geschlagen. Handtuchhalterlose Fensterbrett im Schlafzimmer lose kein Fenster oder Glas in Türe vom Kinderzimmer. Schiebe Türe zum Balkon defekt, Handtuchhalter defekt, offen liegende Telefonboxe Wohnzimmer Kinder Bett hat keine Matratze, Kinder Hochstuhl Lebens gefährlich für Kinder/Kleinkinder alles sehr runter gewohnt die Agentur vor Ort sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Die können da leider relativ wenig dran tun, da sie nur das Objekt im Auftrag des Eigentümers haben! sonst ist die Anlage schön und gepflegt

I would like to complain about the cleanness of the apartment, the customer service and health and safety in the apartment. We booked the apartment via Expedia website for the period 27-30th of May. We arrived at the apartment at around 8 pm on the 27th of May. As soon as we opened the door we felt a horrible sewage smell coming from the apartment. It was so strong that I felt sick. We opened the windows, but it would not come out straight away. We discovered that there was no bed linen in the master bed and there was very dirty dry clothes thrown at the bed. The children's bedroom was without a window which is clearly against health and safety European regulations and there is no ventilation or natural light in the children’s bedroom. I am attaching the images of the bedroom together with the quotes from the law in regards to the rooms without windows.

Appartement très propre, fonctionnel et calme. Vue sur la campagne depuis le balcon. A seulement 20 min à pied de la plage.
