The garage has been converted to a fabulous game room and landing area and there is no parking in the garage. ⇹ There is no central AC, which is the norm in Breckenridge as temps are usually moderate and evenings are cool. If it is summer time, Keep the shades closed during the day and open windows for cool breezes in the evenings. ⇹ Breckenridge is a high altitude mountain town and 20% of people are affected by altitude in some way. Guests are responsible for their own care. We recommend 2-3 liters of water per day prior to your arrival and staying hydrated during your stay. We love being in the mountains for the Super Bowl and this rental really allowed us to spread out and entertain ourselves. Very comfortable house overall, and the beds were great.
We are a family of 5, we had a great time! Condo was very clean, well equipped, great location close to the trails, pool, and town. We would stay again! 10/10.
Easy to ski in, possible to ‘ski out’ but the hike from the end of the trail to the gondola line is a bit of a haul. A couple of highlights were the well equipped kitchen and great fireplace. Very clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
The home is great. It is even nicer in person than in the photos. Can't beat the location, plenty of space, clean, comfortable beds and furnishings. The converted garage gave us a great space to let our kids play around and burn off extra energy. I'd definitely stay here again!
We loved the location, it is very walkable to Breckenridge and we went into town for most meals. The pool was great for small kids, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio (we were even visited by a fox!)
The upstairs can be hot, the breeze doesn’t circulate as well as the first floor. Overall a great experience!
Great property and perfect ski in/ski out location. Also, extremely close to town and anyplace you need to go. The garage set up was very nice to get your skis on/off before and after going out. Great location to ski in for lunch! We enjoyed the property and was an awesome trip.
This was our second stay at this property for a family ski trip. We really enjoy the "ski in" access where people could ski home at different times and you literally ski right to the garage. For "ski out", there is a shuttle service you can use, but my wife would drop us off at Beaver Run or the Gondola and then head to town. It is possible to ski out, but there's a bit more walking involved. Nevertheless, we've done that as well.The house is very comfortable for our family of 6. It's also extremely close to the main street where everything is happening. Kids also like the access to One Ski Hill and bowling. Host is responsive and easy to work with. Great stay!
The house, location, and property management were all great. We didnt really have any issues but any questions we had were responded to quickly by the property management. We had a great time and enjoyed getting away from the 100 degree heat of Alabama.
We love it. The best condo rental we have ever had in Breck. Not a single complaint. Compares to the condo we rent in Grand Cayman as far as the 2 residences we return to every year. Perfect for a family with teenagers.
Our family of four had a wonderful time skiing at Breckenridge and loved your townhome. My favorite part was the heated garage as an extra area to keep all of our ski stuff warm and dry. Also kept the mess out of the house. Loved the heated boot warmer and the ski in location was perfect.

Great Stay in Breckenridge
We had a wonderful week skiing in Breckenridge over Spring Break. Staying in the townhouse at Mountain Thunder Lodge could not have been better. Its location is perfect! My husband and I and our three kids could easily get the gondola up the mountain in the mornings and then ski home via 4 o'clock run in the afternoons. We could even walk to the main street in Breckenridge for dinner. It even had its own room for the kids to hang out which is great when you have teenagers. Plenty of room for everyone and really comfy beds. We will be back next year!
Pretty hard to beat this place. It's really nice inside, with great kitchen and living room, great setup in the garage for pre- and post-ski, and the location is ideal--close enough for a short walk to the gondola and into town, and literally a few steps from the Four O'Clock run at the end of the day. The only downside for us was its popularity: back to back reservations before and after us, so no early check-in or late checkout, but I guess that's a good problem. We don't often have that many people, but if we do, I'll definitely see if we can stay here. Thanks!
Our 2 families enjoyed our trip to Breckenridge the week after New Years.
The location was perfect with a close walk to the gondola and easy access to ski home on the 4 o’clock. Quick walk to downtown - loved being able to park our cars at the house and not deal with the parking in town.
We enjoyed the hot tub at Mountain Thunder and the reciprocal amenities of pool area and bowling at One Ski Hill.
At the house, the bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils.
We loved having the garage as a play area and a perfect place to keep all the winter gear.
You simply cannot find a better set up! Easy walk to Main Street for shopping and dining. Access to the gondola to start your day in Breck and then a sweet ski home to end. The house is fantastic! Super clean, plenty of space for all to spread out and lounge after a long day on the mountain. The boot warmers saved us! Don’t know how to get those ski boots on without them being warm!! We would absolutely return!!
The house was pretty nice with a good setup for our group of two families. Parents each got a king bed and bathroom and kids in the bunk room. Not having to share bathrooms with other family or kids was great! The garage was great to be able to get ready to ski as well as hang out. Much better use of the garage than just parking vehicles in there. The location was good. We walked to town several times even in the snow. Skied right back to the house when we were done skiing for the day. Great place and great host!
