Stay was excellent for just me traveling alone. Description and pictures are exactly as described. Great location to downtown and if it was ski season, had a lift right outside of property. Easy check in and check out. Owner let me know of fire system testing ahead of time so planned around that. Definitely appreciated.

Great ski in/ski out location

My sons and I enjoyed the convenience of staying at this Riverbend condo just steps from the Snowflake Lift. Communication was prompt and amenities were true to listing. Thanks for a great spring break getaway!

Host communicated well. There were two lights that probably had bulbs that were bad (microwave light which would light the counter and the light over the entry way. There was no hair dryer. The pull out bed is in dire need of replacement. Some recent painting had been done in the common areas (guessing the stairwell) and the odor was very strong of VOC's. Great location to access the Snowflage lift.

Quick Getaway to Breck

Great Stay!!

We had a great stay in Breckenridge!! The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the town and nearby attractions. The stay was nice, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and made sure I felt welcome. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Breckenridge.

Great condo for ski in/out on Snowflake lift

The studio condo was perfect for two. The heated garage was very convenient with locking ski locker storage. The condo is a few blocks from downtown, ~10min walk, and downtown is amazing.

Great Stay!

We had a great time staying here. The room was clean and we had no issues with checking into the garage or the building itself. There is also an outdoor hot tub that wasn't pictured but a great surprise! We loved using the facilities and being such a close distance to main street. Would definitely stay here again!

Location!!!!

This property could not be closer to the Snowflake chair, so if you’re skiing it’s the place to be. The heated garage was also a great perk. Check-in was easy and the host was very gracious when we made a mistake with booking. It’s also maybe a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. We were able to prepare meals in the condo and there’s a grocery store super close as well. Would stay again.

Skied in on Snowflake lift, skied out (although had to walk a bit because some of the snow had melted in April). The apartment is small, but our teenage kids slept on the floor. (pull out sofa not super comfortable for sleeping, and we slept on the very soft, comfortable bed. There is no table, so we used the very nice lobby to play cards. The mini kitchen was great - we prepared all of our meals there. The spa is great with a giant outdoor hot tub, and indoor hot tub, a steam room and a sauna! There are hikes starting right outside the building. This was perfect for us and pretty affordable. I would go back!

Overall a good experience although it did take a long time for the room to warm up, at least 12+ hours. Host seemed eager to help working to get us a space heater for the night. Was promised a partial refund for our troubles but haven't received it yet. Room was clean with ample pots/utensils/etc. Everything worked well except for the shower head wasn't working great. Great place!

My daughter (18) and I were in Breck for opening day and needed a last minute place to stay at an affordable price. This condo was perfect for our needs. The host was super helpful in booking same day and access was a breeze. The place has a parking garage which is super convenient. The condo is centraly located a short 10-15 min walk from downtown and the peak 9 lifts. There is also a bus stop nearby and a the Snowflake lift is right down the street. The condo was clean and well maintained but it is a small studio, not a one bedroom. It's about the size of an extended stay hotel room. There is one large (king?) bed and a small (loveseat?) pullout sofa bed suitable for one adult or two small kids. The condo would be best suited for a couple or two really good friends seeking an affordable, no frills place in Breck. The bathroom is really small so there is not much room for privacy. As mentioned, this place met our needs and we had a great trip!
