The Space:
The property is in a prime location to the mountains and downtown, provides on-site amenities, and the condo itself feels like it's right out of a design magazine... what more could you ask for?!

On arrival, you'll immediately know that comfort was a priority when outfitting this home. The space is a perfect mix of contemporary and rustic; highlighting earthy tones, natural materials, and cozy furnishings. While it’s just under 1000 square feet, no inch was spared with every corner feeling thoughtful and complete.

The living room is light and airy with large sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony outside. The balcony is a lovely place to start your day with fresh alpine air and your morning brew in hand! Back inside, the living room hosts a spacious sectional that doubles as a sofa sleeper. A beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace is the main feature and a guest favorite in the cooler months.

The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious dishes from home. A coffee maker, toaster, and other kitchenware are available for your convenience. The extended counter provides extra prep space and casual seating for 4.
Steps away, enjoy more formal dining together at the table.

The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between a private bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The primary bedroom features a King-sized bed and access to the wraparound balcony. Steps from both sleeping areas is a full bathroom outfitted with a stand-up shower with custom tilework.

- The max occupancy includes adults and children/infants, to avoid property violations and fines.
- Please note that parking is very limited and therefore NOT guaranteed. If available, we can offer a maximum of one parking spot. A team member will reach out within 24 hours of your booking to confirm availability. If parking is unavailable or not needed, we will refund the parking fee within 24 hours of your check-in.
- Remember to download the Village at Breckenridge app prior to your arrival, as it is essential for accessing your condo, parking, and all complex amenities.

Other Things to Note:
We’re thrilled to welcome so many guests this season! To ensure every stay is absolutely perfect, we won't be able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests until further notice. This gives our dedicated team the necessary time to clean and inspect each property thoroughly, making sure everything is just right for your arrival.

But here’s some good news! If your property is ready earlier, you’ll receive a notification along with your door code on the day of your arrival. So, there’s always a chance for a pleasant surprise!

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we focus on providing top-notch service and handling any urgent needs that might come up during your stay. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities!

This property is beautiful and roomy. It is very close to the Quick Silver lift and Ski School. The downtown area is very close, maybe two blocks away. The amenities are very nice and convenient to the room location. We never had any issue getting a parking space in our building are either. It was perfect for our group!

Property was as about as close as you can get to the slopes. Also extremely close to Main Street.Had a small issue figuring out how to check in on the app but the management team was very attentive and offered immediate help via text.Ran into a problem with the toilet that I was able to resolve myself, but the management team was quick to reach out and send a repair man out ASAP.Nice property, nice location and attentive management team. Would rent again.

Short stay for our family of 4 with two boys, teen and preteen. Big enough to give everyone room! Perfect location for slopes and dining! Game room and pool/hot tubs great after a day of skiing. Would definitely stay again. Only suggestion would be to add some common spices to the kitchen.

Check In process was extremely hard. App does not work well. And took us three days to get a second key as this unit is managed through a management company not onsite. Response time was long. Perfect location though to everything!

Overall we would stay at this location again. Great location, very spacious unit. Had a slight issue with cleanliness of the sleeper sofa, but management was quick to respond and it will be corrected for the next guests. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We didn't stay. The owner of the property pulled it out of the VRBO system just before we were to arrive. The management company offered us 2 options. Get a full refund or stay at another property. We did not like the location (too far from downtown) so we asked for, and promptly received, a refund. In order to submit this I had to fill in the sections above even though they didn't apply. Disregard the 1 stars.

The location of this condo is perfect. Only steps from the slopes and a very short walk to all of the fun things to see and do in Breckenridge. We will try and stay here on our next trip back to Breck.

Location is superb. Check in procedure was the worst I have ever encountered. Lockbox is not used for the check-in. Was not told of this until after 4 o’clock. They would not let us check in 30 minutes early on the coldest day of the year.

Overall the condo is fine as advertised. The check in process andproperty mgmt. communication was rude to say the least. The check-in process could have been seamless with more clear direction. There are several buildings in the complex and each has a name. There is no way of knowing which building you are in unless the name is provided, which it was not. The information texted and emailed on the day of arrival provided only an address (no building name) and that same text/email provided no check in direction. The directions were supposedly sent an email one month prior to arrival (which ended up in a spam folder). We called the mgmt. company and the woman was anything but helpful and on top of that she was extremely short and rude. Very rude. This unit is managed by a company our of CA and no one is there on site to support. The other units in this bldg. are primarily managed by an onsite mgmt. company. I would suggest the owner of this condo reconsider who manages their property as we had no issue with the unit itself. So what should have taken about 10 minutes took about an hour and a half to locate the unit and access the unit via the app and keyless entry. We also requested a two hour extended check out to support our rough entry. We received no response. This is the first time I believe I've written a negative review as I'm not a fan of complaining....and it would just be helpful if the mgmt. team was, first and foremost, friendly...and then helpful.

This was a great condo with a great location. Close to the slopes and hiking in the summer and close to down town Breckenridge and all the amenities it has to offer. Our 2.5 year old son loved the put put golf and candy store in the complex. We will stay here again.

Very clean, all amenities exactly as represented, excellent location. Would highly recommend for couple or family with 1-2 children that wouldn't mind sleeping on pullout sofa. Patio over looking the courtyard where festivals are held is a great viewing position. Only issue, and very, very minor in overall evaluation, the dual card key, remote access system is more difficult to manage than it should be. Other than that minor issue, perfect stay.

We loved our stay at this condo! It was clean, everything was as described in the listing, and we could easily walk to whatever we wanted to do in town. The property manager, Matt, was quick to help us with a little issue with the new door lock system. Would definitely stay here again!
