Ski-in/Ski-Out Breckenridge Mountain Retreat; Full Remodel

The unique combination of top-quality materials, workmanship and location for this condo cannot be beat! This unit has been 100% renovated and sleeps 5 - 7. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit contains over 1100 square feet has true ski-in/ski-out access. The large back deck borders the 4 O'Clock ski run. Ski the morning, come home for lunch and go back out for the afternoon. 1st level location means no lugging equipment up and down stairs each day. During the summer the ski trail becomes a hiking trail with easy access to town and the mountain activities.

Large open living area with a stunning natural stone fireplace, natural slate stone, hand scraped hardwood floors and large flat screen TV and DVD collection… relax in comfort. Enjoy the full kitchen with wonderful granite countertops, high quality cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Solid alder doors and recessed lighting make this a place to truly relax after a day of skiing, snowboarding, hiking or biking. The bathrooms have both been fully updated with the primary ensuite bath having a luxury custom tiled walk-in shower.

Complex boasts an indoor pool, indoor hot tub and outdoor hot tub, overlooking the Four O'Clock ski run. Pool and hot tubs are located just down from the unit. In the summer, the ski run turns into an alpine hiking trail. Quiet nature setting, backing to the wetlands of Four O'Clock Run, with a deck area for enjoying nature and wildlife on the deck.

Breckenridge Main Street with all its shops and restaurants is just a short three and one-half blocks away. The free shuttle drives by as well where you can take in the variety of great restaurants, superb shopping, and some of the best night life of any ski town in North America.

Access to our clubhouse with an indoor pool and two hot tubs. Wireless access provided. Washer/dryer combo unit conveniently located in the Condo. Covered parking is also included which is so important in the winter! This is a non-smoking and pet free property. Pack and Play in closet.

Great ski-in / ski-out access to Four O’clock run. Thoughtfully furnished and stocked two bedroom, two bath first floor unit. Easy parking and access to town. Could not have been happier-we will be back!

A perfect place to stay

The place is very clean, very well maintained and a wonderful getaway. Beds are comfy, fireplace cozy, kitchen is well stocked and a true “ski in ski out” home. So very glad I chose this as our place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here with our 15 and 12 YO kids and we all enjoyed it very much. The furnishings and beds were very comfortable, bathrooms very nice and the entire place was spotless. Also very well located to downtown. We would stay here again!

The ski in, ski out was great! The beds were very comfortable, even the pull-out was great. The kitchen was very well-equipped, especially when it came to spices. We'd love to go back some day.

Perfect ski in/ski out!

The property is just as it is pictured. With it being on the bottom floor, it literally steps out onto the 4 o’clock trail. We loved our week here! It’s well stocked with toiletries, kitchen appliances and spices. We will definitely stay here again! It is everything we wanted and more!

Spring Break ski trip

We had a great Spring Break week and enjoyed the condo very much. Super convenient for kids to walk outside and throw on skis. Condo was stocked very well, had everything you could need, even a pack a play for our youngest. We will definitely be back again. 4 star for accuracy of listing was due to fireplace awaiting replacement but condo was plenty warm.

Mid-winter Skiing 2023

Four O'Clock condo was very well stocked, well furnished, and in a great location. Lisa, the property manager was nice and efficient and the booking and check in information was easy. Ski in/out was delightful but there is a short walk across the road from the 4 O'Clock trail to the Snowflake lift. One of the best stays that we have had at a ski resort, and we will return if we can.

Perfect stay!

A group of 4 (2couples) stayed here for a short but great ski weekend. The property is just as described and in a great location. Right on the 4 o clock run, so you can easily jump on the run, ski to the road, pop off your skis walk 50yds or less and get on the lift. The parking garage was great and kept the snow off our car. The condo itself was perfect. Very clean, well stocked, good space for hanging out and wonderful views of the run. It’s close to town so you can run out for dinner or grab groceries and cook. We also never heard any other people, but we knew they were there because we saw them. This is always a plus because when you come home after a long ski day, a good nights rest is key. And the king bed in the master was super comfortable. Don’t hesitate, book this place if you have a small group.

Exceeded Expectations (true ski-in, ski-out)

This place was great. Rather than expand on that here are a couple notes you might find useful: - Pull out couch/bed in living area is super comfortable (memory foam mattress). It is also really easy to set up and put away daily. - Place was really well stocked (best spice/seasoning selection along with pretty much everything else you might need. They even had foam rollers, mats, boot heater/drying device, etc.) - You are right on the 4 Oclock run so you're less than 10 steps back door to skiing (not walk 100 yards in ski boots to closest run/lift) - If you stay early/late season check the status of the Snowflake lift to make sure it will be open. If closed you can still ski down from condo to the snowflake lift where there is a shuttle stop. If snowflake lift is closed you might not be able to ski back to condo since they typically close lower 4 O clock at the same time. - Parking was easy, and the unit is on the first floor - Pool/Hot Tub is shared with other units, but we were always the only ones there (April). They have both inside and outside hot tubs. - We rented oxygen compressor since we had a guy who has trouble with altitude sickness. It was super convenient and worked well. - Owner was super easy to deal with and responded immediately to any questions. I've rented through VRBO multiple times, and this is the first time I was impressed enough to leave a review.
