Ski in/Ski out 1st Floor Condo in Breckenridge, Co

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath ski in/ski out condo and is conveniently located on the ground floor. Located approx. 300 feet from 4 O'clock Run puts skiing, hiking, and biking right out your back door. The FREE Ride bus gives you easy access to shopping and restaurants. The condo is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, smart TV, and free parking.

**This condo was updated in the Fall of 2024!!! The full-sized kitchen has new cabinets, quartz countertops & backsplash. The gas-burning fireplace was also replaced, and new LVP flooring was installed throughout the condo.**

You’ll fall in love w/ our kitchen! Not only does it have new cabinets, countertops & flooring, but it’s FULLY stocked to make you feel at home. We’ve got pots, pans, dishes, utensils, towels, potholders, small appliances, and a pantry stocked with spices, cooking oils, coffee, sweetener, creamer, etc. The dining area has an eat at countertop and a table that seats 6.

Guests can curl up in front of the fireplace and watch cable TV or their favorite streaming service. High speed Wi-Fi is free.

We also provide: premium linens, hairdryers, full-sized shampoo & body wash, full-sized washer & dryer. You'll fall in love with our kitchen! It's fully stocked to make you feel at home. We’ve got pots, pans, dishes, utensils, towels, potholders, small appliances, and a pantry stocked with spices, cooking oils, coffee, sweetener, creamer, etc.

Parking is free in two maintained lots. Plus, the condo has direct access to the street. This mean there’s no hauling luggage, groceries and equipment up and down stairs or around the block!

Location:
This condo is conveniently located within 300 feet of Breckenridge’s 4 O’clock Run which will get you to Snowflake Lift, downtown Breckenridge, or the Gondola. We’re also half a block from Breckenridge’s free shuttle service which will take you around town.

Winter Activities:
It goes without saying that the 2,900 acre Breckenridge Ski Resort is a popular destination for skiers and snowboarders. But, did you know there’s plenty for non-skiers to do too? Breckenridge offers Nordic Skiing, Snow Shoeing, Snowmobiling, Sledding, Dog Sledding, and Sleigh Rides.

Summer Activities:
A short 10 minute walk will take you to the Epic Discovery Center. This place will keep the kids entertained all day with a Coaster, Zipline, an Alpine Super Slide, Mini Golf and much more! Families can also enjoy Hiking & Off Road Segway Tours, Mountain Biking, Guided White Water Rafting Trips, 4x4 & ATV Excursions, and Horseback Riding. Guys, grab your clubs and head to the Breckenridge Golf Club which features 27 holes designed by Jack Nicklaus.

Year-Round Activities:
Summit County offers plenty of public lands for nearly year-round hunting and fishing. Ladies, take the free shuttle (or walk about a mile) to Main Street and enjoying shopping, eating and drinking in Breckenridge’s Victorian downtown.

Lovely condo, great location

Really enjoyed staying at this condo. The location was more neighborhood and quieter but still easily able to walk to Main St. Renovations were very nice, had everything I needed in the kitchen. Would stay here again.

Great stay in Breckenridge

My family of 4 stayed in this condo for 6 weeks over Xmas & it is exactly as described. Pantry was particularly well-stocked, excellent heating, hot water and blankets to keep us toasty during our stay. There was an issue with the internet and some water leaking from the above condo, both of which were sorted quickly by our hosts. Would stay again and recommend to all.

Great location!

One of the first stops off the 4 O'clock run to town, this place had a great location for getting on and off the slopes within a 5 minute walk. The kitchen came fully stocked with essentials and there's a pretty sizable table for everyone to eat around. There was an outdoor ski locker to store skis and they even had sleds for the kids. With plenty of extra towels and linens, I really can't think of any complaints!

Perfect Fall Stay

Our friend got married at Sapphire Point with her reception at Sevens. This condo was the perfect location to go into town, go up the mountain to Sevens and Robbie's, and to go to Sapphire Point. Well stocked and appointed. Beds were comfortable, and everything was great!

Great Ski In/Out Access

A great condo for our family of 4 for spring break. Location can’t be beaten for skiers. An easy walk to a green run that gets you to a main lift to access Peaks 8 and 9. The owners were very responsive and helpful. And the condo had everything we needed, including easy access to the parking lot. Would definitely return.

The condo was very clean and the owners were great to communicate with. It was small, which was fine for our little party, but if you have a large group I would look for a different property. Driving to the property was a bit wonky but walking down to town was easy and straightforward. 5 stars in my book.

Great Location

Quiet & accessibility is perfect! This is a great place to stay if you’re looking to ski or just relax. The place was equipped with all the necessities, which saved us from having to run to the store several times. There’s also an entrance from the road that helps with unpacking/packing, much easier than using the stairs! The owners quickly answered any questions I had before my trip which was helpful. Check in was a breeze! Highly recommend & hope to use it again!

Great family spot

Overall we loved this condo. It was spacious enough for our family of 5 and we spent the evenings relaxing and cooking meals in the condo. It is close proximity to town and easy to navigate. It does have access to the shuttle system although we just drove downtown and parked when needed and used transportation from there. The property was clean and well stocked and appointed. Lots of extras you do not get in other units. We were pleased and even our kids said it felt like home!

Great Location

Just as advertised. I will say there are a lot of flat spots on the 4 o’clock run to the gondolas. The run itself is super close but if you are a snow boarder you may have to one foot it or walk at some points on the run. However if your a skier, your not going to have any issues.

Brek condo

Overall we had a really good stay. We were in the space for only 2 nights. Things went smoothly I just would note a few things that may help future stayers. Kitchen was stocked the only thing to note is we had a little one and everything was glass. We had brought paper plates and had a water bottle so something to keep in mind. I was informed by the hosts through email 3 days before our stay the directions where to park and that there is an HOA and I had to print out a parking pass before arriving (since the unit had no printer) and the car could get towed if you didn’t have a pass. We were already traveling and had no access to a printer. We reached out to the hosts and they said we could just write it on a piece of paper and put it in our car. I was a little stressed from this because I did not want any kind of car troubles getting towed. We ended up finding a staples and getting it printed out. These were not major concerns but just something to be aware of. Location was great we were only 7 mins away from town which was great for us! Thanks for the stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here - it was super clean, updated, had everything we needed, and was in the perfect location to access the ski slopes and public bus. We would definitely stay here again!
