Welcome to Suite 104 at Tyra Riverbend Lodge—an inviting 1 BR + queen sofa bed retreat accommodating up to four guests. Spanning approximately 474 ft² on one level, this refined mountain suite offers wooded forest views, a warm gas fireplace, and thoughtful touches designed for comfort after a day on the slopes.

Unwind in the indoor and outdoor hot tubs, relax in the sauna or steam room, or maintain your routine at the on-site fitness center—all conveniently located on the same floor.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and dining space for four—ideal for cozy meals after skiing or exploring Breckenridge.

Located in the desirable Four O’Clock neighborhood, this property offers true ski-in/ski-out access via the Snowflake Lift and is just a short stroll from Main Street, home to Breckenridge’s best dining, shopping, and après-ski options. Prefer not to walk? A complimentary shuttle stop is located just outside the lodge.

You will enjoy full and private access to this luxury studio and all shared building amenities. This listing is not managed by the resort, offering a uniquely elevated and personalized experience for our guests. You’ll also have direct entry to the Snowflake Lift—just steps from your door.

Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.

Other things to note
As part of our safety and compliance process, all guests complete a brief identity verification through our trusted screening partner after booking. In some residences, check-in staff or front desk personnel may also confirm your ID upon arrival, similar to standard hotel procedures. We do not host guests under 25 at this location; the primary renter must be over 25. These measures ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

I enjoyed the stay very much. Covered parking was nice to protect my car from common hail storms. The carts in the garage made moving in/out much more convenient. The Property Management was very responsive. Overall, I can't recommend this stay enough.
