Ski-In and Ski-Out New Years Week at Grand Lodge on Peak 7 in Breckenridge, CO

This is an amazing 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condominium in the finest, true ski-in and ski-out resort in Breckenridge, Colorado. This is Grand Lodge on Peak 7 which is a 5-star property. The resort has every amenity you would want including indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, an adult Grotto, movie theatres, a full-service spa, reading room, fitness center, game room, full concierge, full-service restaurant and bar, ski lockers, and complimentary courtesy shuttle to and from town. The unit you will be leasing is the closest unit to the ski lockers which are only steps from the unit and you walk out put your skis on and hit the super lift right outside the door. The condo is a true split plan lock-off unit. The unit is 1200 square feet of living area and includes a master with a King bed that sleeps 2, a second bedroom on the opposite side of the condominium that sleeps 2 in a King bed, a bedroom off of the second bedroom that has a pull-out queen sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 more, and a living room queen sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 more. The unit will sleep 8 in total. The unit has a stacking washer and dryer in the unit for your use and convenience. No need to over pack for this trip as you can do laundry as you need to and get ready for the next day of adventure on the slopes. The unit has 2 full baths. The master bath has a soaker tub as well as a full stand-up shower with 2 shower heads. The master bath has a toilet and 3 total sinks! The second bathroom is on the opposite side adjoining the second bedroom and it has a tub/shower and a sink and a toilet. Each sleeping area has a wall mounted modern smart Television with cable TV. The living room has a gas fireplace controlled by a wall switch with a timer on it. The unit has a full dining room to sit 8 and the kitchen is fully equipped with all pots and pans and utensils and has a full-size refrigerator, a full-size range and oven, a full-size microwave, a dishwasher and a double stainless-steel sink with disposer The kitchen has an eat-in granite countertop, and it seats 3 on bar stools at that area. The unit has free Wi-Fi in the unit and throughout the resort for use by guests of the resort. The living room has a leather couch and a chair and has the wall mounted cable television for your enjoyment. The TV area has plug ins available for kids entertainment systems if you have brought those along for the kids to enjoy as the plug ins are built into the built-in cabinetry above the fireplace. The unit has a balcony overlooking the ski slope and Independence Super chair right outside of the living room! All of your towels and linens and soaps and hair products and lotions are in the unit. There is even soap under the sink for washing dishes and soap for the washing machine in the unit. Dish sponges are also at each sink. If there is something you need for the kitchen that is not in the unit please contact our front desk team at the resort or housekeeping and they will bring up whatever it is that is not in the kitchen to help you out. We have a lot of things in storage at the resort but to avoid cluttering the kitchen many of these items are held for guests who request them and they are brought up when requested. The unit has phones in the living room and both bedrooms. All bath towels and beach towels are available in the unit. Our unit will have 4 robes for use during your stay at the resort to help you go through the resort and to cover up when traversing to and from the unit and the pool or hot tubs on the resort property. The robes must be left in the room at the end of your stay or the resort will charge you for the cost of any missing robes. You will get one complimentary towel exchange and room clean, typically mid-week, during your week stay at the resort. If you want more cleaning visits by the housekeeping team they can do it but it will be an extra charge for you as the guest to be charged by the resort directly to the guest if you request additional housekeeping services. The resort has multiple indoor and outdoor hot tubs and an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a slope-side water slide for the kids to enjoy. Many of the hot tubs are outside adjacent to the ski-slope for your added enjoyment! There is a gas fire pit slopeside for your use during your stay. The resort has multiple outdoor gas grills on property for use by guests during their stay. The grills are not on the unit balconies due to fire regulations, but the grills are terrific if you want to use them for making special meals. The resort has a full time front desk team and a full time concierge team on property. There is a sundry desk for incidentals and some grocery items downstairs next to the front desk. Items can be purchased there or charged to your room as you desire. There are changing rooms and showers for men and women adjacent to the pool areas. Each room has two guest settable combination safes for storage of valuables during your visit. Each room has multiple humidifiers in them which I encourage guests to use during their stay given the lack of humidity at the elevation of the resort. The resort has a full-time activity coordinator for use by guests for those who want to participate in making crafts or such if they are not skiing or snowboarding etc. There is a grand room on level one of the resort which has couches and a bar and multiple places to work or simply relax in a common area. There is a reading room and a business center on the property with a computer and printer available. If you need items sent to you they will be held by the front desk team when delivered to the resort. Each building at the resort has an underground heated and enclosed garage that has elevator access to each floor of the resort. There are luggage carts available for use at the resort. Each guest is allowed to park two cars at the resort during their stay in the garage. Parking in the garage is complimentary during your stay. The resort has a complimentary shuttle bus that runs to and from the town of Breckenridge from the resort for use by guests during their stay. There is a smart phone app to summon the shuttle and you may get the download information at the front desk when you check-in. The shuttle bus is not an airport shuttle and does not go outside of the town of Breckenridge. If you need to book a shuttle you may contact the concierge desk for assistance and recommendations on that. The resort has the best full-service spa in town. You will need to book spa services in advance of your stay to ensure availability of services. They stay busy. They have all types of massages and manicures etc. There is an adult grotto available for use by the guests of the resort and it has a wonderful hot tub, aroma therapy, and adjoining steam room and sauna and deck lounge chairs adjacent to it. This is a wonderful romantic opportunity to relax with your spouse or significant other during your stay at the resort. There is a full-size game room for use at the resort with a pinball machines, pool table and ping pong and other games. There is an escape room at the resort that can be booked for use during you stay at the resort. It is an extra charge that will be charged to the guest by the resort for use of the escape room. There is a fully equipped work out facility on property for use by guests with both free weights and machines of various sorts including treadmills. This resort literally has it all!
