We loved our stay! This amazing home is comfortable, clean, cozy, and beautiful. The location is perfect. Our family loved the heated pool and multiple hot tubs. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Location location location!!! Stop looking elsewhere and just book! This place exceeded my expectations, and I have high standards. Beautiful place and right at the bottom of Peak 9 - 1 minute walk to lift! Great views of the mountains and ski lift from the condo. We were able to walk everywhere. The condo was super clean and beautifully renovated, well kept, all wrapped together by thoughtful touches from the host to make you feel right at home. In-unit washer and dryer, comfortable beds, extra finishes and a well-stocked kitchen helped made for an incredible ski trip. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs after skiing. We will 1000% book again!!Cindy was a fantastic host! She was always responsive when we had questions. Bonus points because the lobby had tea, coffee and hot coco every morning!

Every little detail felt thoughtfully designed to make the stay special. The parking was easy and convenient, which made things even better.And the location… absolutely unbeatable! We were within walking distance of everything — restaurants, shops, and all the local attractions. It made exploring the area effortless and fun.We can’t recommend this place highly enough. We stayed at the property over spring break with our three kids. Proximity to the slopes was fantastic. Unit is very comfortable and well equipped. We had a great stay!
The condo was great, great fit for 6 people. The reservation system for the hot tub situation needs improvements. The front desk, the girl that worked the hot tubs and property manager all had different ways to get a reservation. This caused LOTS of confusion and aggravation. The girl that worked it, was rude!

The property is very worn out and old, all throughout has a terrible smell, very stiff and unpleasant. Bedding not clean, there was hair in the bed linens. Towels very old and had stains of either blood or some sort of red lipstick. Most importantly, both bathrooms were making very loud noise that would keep. Turning on and off every minute sounding like a very loud fan, making it impossible to sleep.
Condo is in an excellent location, overlooks quicksilver lift and just steps away from the back door of the unit. The town and Main Street are just two blocks away and an easy walk to get to all the shops and restaurants. The overall set up of the unit is perfect. Very spacious master bedroom, and three beds in the other bedroom made it perfect for my son and his two friends. All the amenities you could possibly want, with access to the health club in the adjacent building as well as for large hot tubs and heated pool. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and kitchenware, even included an electric grill on the balcony. The unit had fans and humidifiers, several of them, which was very helpful for those of us not used to the dry air. We had déjà vu when we walked into the unit , as my husband and I remembered staying in this exact unit 15 years ago it seems. The owner was kind and very responsive. The only suggestion I would make would be to replace the bathroom rugs as they were kind of grody. But everything else was absolutely wonderful. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.!
Easy walk to the lift. You can store your skis right next to the lift. A couple hundred feet from main street as well. You don't need a car and can walk everywhere. Pool / hot tub area was great.
We enjoyed this ski in/ski out condo location. We were able to return for lunch, decide on warmer clothing if needed or walk to the downtown shopping/ restaurants within a block or two. The condo was extremely clean, spacious and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The owner was very helpful and worked with us on arrival time which was appreciated. Electric heaters in bedrooms seem to cycle constantly therefore a little noisy. Overall we would stay at this condo again.
We loved the location of the condo in the Village area next to Maggies Pond and QuickSilver chair lift. We'd definitely stay again, when we return to Breck. Cindy was quick to answer our question and we loved the condo and ski locker!! Thank you so much!!

We loved the condo. It was beautifully decorated and in a fantastic location. Mountains on one side and town on the other. Loved having a real wood fireplace in the condo. There was a snag with the lock box for check-in but we were able to resolve it with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.
My family with small kiddos had an amazing stay here. We were able to walk everywhere from our condo. It's right off main street. Maggies Pond is right next to the property and that was a fun adventure one day. Beautiful trails all around. The condo was amazing! Big, clean and had everything we needed for the week. Can't wait to stay here again!
