Great place in a great location with a great view and it fit 6 of us just right. Grill cover was ripped, there was no triangle for the pool table which was a bummer and one of the reasons we chose the home.

This Property is Beautiful.My husband and our 4 kids stayed here for 3 nights.The layout is Ideal for a family_ We used the top loft and all the kids slept in the basement bedrooms, we loved waking up hearing them playing pool and starting breakfast as the kitchen is fully functional.There was a few issues with the amenities' _ one of the showers didn't work, The clothes dryer was broken and the Hot tub was gross and had a bad stench.The Company was very responsive with our complaints and questions and even dropped off extra towels to us and offered a discount due to the loss of amenities.Overall we had a great time, this place really felt like home.

Overall it was fine

House was generally nice but property listing is a bit misleading. It is only two small private bedrooms which are in the basement with a shared bathroom. There is a king bed upstairs in the loft with no wall and no privacy but had a bathroom and nice view of the mountains. And a bunk bed in basement with only a curtain for privacy with another small bathroom. Also numerous items in and outside the house still need updating or fixing. Microwave was inconveniently in basement kitchenette and not in main kitchen upstairs. Hot tub was nice but had no cover lift which made it difficult to move cover off and on. Some broken patio chairs. Did not use grill or firepit which both looked like they hadn't been used in awhile. Driveway was steep and had no access to the garage. For the money spent we expect to have no complaints or issues. Overall place served the purpose and in quiet location with limited views of mountains. Good communiction with Vacasa who runs this VRBO.

Great location, gorgeous views

10 minutes to Breck parking and gondola, perfect location for us. Views of the mountains and resort were amazing - hot tub, too! Property could use a little updating and there were some minor broken things like sink faucet, light switches, window crank, etc. Otherwise very clean and we enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful view

Very nice house … needs some updates .. tv/WiFi non working when we were there which was ok but had kids who needed online school.. they have a ton of games and puzzles but all were missing pieces.. the bed I slept in was not good but the couch was very comfortable. My family had a great visit here the home is laid out nice for large group.. the view is awesome.. cooking was handy. Driveway was rough for 3 cars in snow… I would stay again and recommend to others.

Great property and location

We only has 4 people stay, but the home could easily accommodate 5 more. Hot Tub has amazing views of Peak 8 and 9. Would definitely stay again

Family getaway

The property was great with amazing mountain views. The kids played pool almost constantly. We enjoyed the sparkling clean hot tub. The kitchen was not as well stocked as other places we have stayed There was no snow shovel for our use and we got almost 6 inches of snow one day.

Great place and the views are amazing!

The place is really nice and the views are amazing. The only thing that could have been better is if the back decks would have been cleared before our stay. They were covered in snow and ice from the snow being there for quite some time.

Winter weekend

This home is wonderful! Fully stocked kitchen-we even had a private chef come and cook for us and he was happy with the kitchen. Hot tub and view are spectacular. Lots of seating for everyone in your group. Lots of upgrades in the house. I gave four stars because the listing indicated that we would be able to park in the garage and we could not. The ONLY thing that would make this place better would be humidifiers and larger washer and dryer for snow clothes. Easy drive into town but you must have four wheel drive in the winter.
