Summary:

Welcome to your home base in Breckenridge! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath ski-in, walk-to-lift condominium sleeps up to 6 and puts you steps from Main Street and resort access.



The Space:

Settle into a comfortable 1,200 sq ft, 2nd-floor condo designed for easy mountain days and relaxed evenings. The living area offers a cozy gas fireplace, Smart TV, and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. A full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances makes meals simple between runs or hikes, and an in-unit washer and dryer help keep gear fresh.

When you’re off the mountain, enjoy Pine Ridge community amenities including two outdoor hot tubs, access to a heated indoor/outdoor pool, a fire pit and community BBQ area, and secure ski storage. Ski-in from Four O’Clock Run and stroll to the lifts when conditions allow. On-site outdoor parking keeps everything convenient so you can focus on the fun.

Layout (Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms)

• Bedroom 1 (Primary): Queen bed (sleeps 2), Smart TV, closet; ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and built-in bench.

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed (sleeps 2), Smart TV, closet; uses hallway full bath.

• Living Room: Sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), gas fireplace, Smart TV.

Bathrooms:

• Bathroom 1: Ensuite to primary; walk-in shower with built-in bench.

• Bathroom 2: Hallway access; tub/shower combo.



Important Things to Note

• Stairs: This is a 2nd-floor unit and there is no elevator; stairs are required.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location and areawide infrastructure in Breckenridge, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Parking: You may park anywhere in the Pine Ridge outdoor parking lot.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly. Please plan accordingly.

• Exterior security cameras: A Ring doorbell camera monitors the exterior entryway, and a camera on the corner of the garage monitors the driveway. Cameras face exterior/common areas only.

• Seasonal access: Ski-in and walk-to-lift routes depend on trial and snow conditions.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.



Getting Around:

Location logistics: About a 1-minute walk to shops, restaurants, and rentals on Main Street; walkable to the Breckenridge Ski Resort base area; and about 10 minutes to the Breckenridge Nordic Center and sledding hills. Easy access from Denver via I-70.

Very cute condo! We loved how close it was to Main Street. The amount of times we just walked everywhere because it was so close was so convenient! Had everything we need, very clean. We really liked how it had toiletries and even soaps for the washing machine too. Very nice!
