How’s this for a location: You can walk or take a quick shuttle ride to the lifts, then ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to the condo … and it’s just a short stroll to Main Street Breckenridge. The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub. You and your family and friends will love it!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to seven. Walking into the living area, you’ll be impressed by the beautiful gas fireplace surrounded by stone and the private balcony with mountain views. There’s also plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment after a long day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, room for six at the dining table, and room for three more at the breakfast bar.

You’ll love being just across the street from the free shuttle to take you to the slopes and around town in both the summer and winter! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle. As with all SMR properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Great place for a small family

Excellent location with some covered parking spots too. Condo was clean and had everything you need to stay less a few cleaning supplies which were not a big deal. Very clean and excellent communications and check in process. Would definitely stay again.

The location really can't be beat. Two blocks from the base of Peak 9. One block to bus to gondola and base of Peak 8. Two blocks from the park on Main Street. On-site hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

It is not 100% a ski in place. You will have to walk about a block. But still very close to downtown and to the shuttle to get to the slopes.

Overall location was great. Could easily walk to Main Street, dinner options, & shopping. Covered parking was not an option due to narrow access. Side mirrors of our vehicle would definitely have gotten scrapped if we tried to used covered parking. It took us a few days to figure out that we needed to remove the electric floor heater nob from one heater in order to try to control a heater that didn’t have a one.

Great Property

Excellent property. Close to downtown. Relatively easy access to ski resort, however it is a drive or shuttle if you have to get to Peak 8 for lessons. That slight inconvenience is offset by the walkability to downtown. Definitely need a noise machine at night as you could hear the people in the unit upstairs take every step.

Myself and three friends stayed at this condo for weekend ski trip. The place was perfect. Nice large living space, kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms with two beds in each room. Each bedroom had its own bath and shower. It was perfect for our group. Location was also great! Two blocks from snowflake lift. Or you can catch the ski bus to the lift in two different places right in front of condo. Ski rental right across the street. Main Street just short 1/4 mile walk away. Very very convenient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. It was just as expected with 2 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom and separate beds for all that were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and even small toiletries like a hotel. I will say that the sound insulation between the floors is not great and we could hear the people above us walking around - only an issue if you go to bed early or want to sleep late. There was plenty of space to spread out and store all our gear, as well as to warm/dry gloves, hats and boots by the fireplace. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils and large/small appliances- there was also dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and many basic dry condiments in the pantry (like salt, pepper, spices). The full washer/dryer was key, although it is in the 2nd bathroom and it would get hot in there while running. The only tub is in the master and is small, but still worked for a soak if you don’t want to go to the hot tub.We used the hot tubs a few times which are not too far from the condo, but do bring a robe. It was easy to catch the free bus at the edge of the parking lot and ski back there at the end of the day. We drove up in a car, but really didn’t need it much except to go to the grocery store. Main Street is just a block away so easy to walk for dinner or to pick up food. We had great communication about the unit - you get a text when it is ready with detailed instructions so you don’t have to go pick up a key. They also followed up to make sure everything is ok. Overall, I highly recommend!

Great condo for a family ski trip
