Cozy home very near Peak 8 with great trails and walking nearby. We even had a moose spotting in the neighborhood. Would choose to stay again.

It's a 5-star place that delivered as promised

We got together with high school classmates from more than 50 years ago. Everything worked well, from the kitchen, dining area, living room, and bedrooms. The short walk to the bus made it feel like we were "ski-in-ski-out." I would definitely return again.

Solid Breck option

The condo we usually rent over Presidents Day weekend was not available this year, so we ended up renting this place. It was about 30% more expensive than what we usually book for our 2 families (9 people), but it was more spacious, with better amenities, and probably just about right in terms of value for money. Not a ski-in/out place, but the free mountain bus was generally fine. Fridge door was broken when we arrived but the management company was able to send someone to successfully fix it within 2 hours of us reporting it, so that was good/responsive. Overall a good experience, thank you!

Weekend on the slopes

Had a large crew. House held all of us and could not have picked a better location. 5 minutes from all things breck. Exactly what we wanted!

Such a great property

We stayed at this house for my 30th birthday with family and friends, it was an amazing location, easy access to the free bus, house was very clean and a lot of room. Would recommend this house to anyone!

Spacious place for 11

Everything went great. It is a well stocked house with everything you will need. Bus route is close to the house. Beds are comfy.. Place is pretty clean.

Great house for families!

We had such a wonderful time. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans and serving ware so even making a full thanksgiving dinner for 10 was a breeze! Highly recommend.

Great stay at Park Forest Chalet!

Property is expansive and more than enough room to support a large family, we had 4 adults and 1 child and more than enough room. 3 baths, well stocked kitchen, 10 minutes to downtown Breck and a 20 minute walk to your favorite coffee and crepe shops. All in all, great experience.

A portion was newly remodeled. Garage/driveway large enough for 3 cars. Trails nearby.

Nice family get away. Large fridge. Enjoyed many home cooked meals.

Family Getaway

Property was perfect for what we wanted for the three days. Plenty of room for our family and well stocked kitchen. Hot tub was great at the end of the day to relax. Property Management company was great to deal with and very responsive with any questions and checking in to make sure everything was ok!

Joint Graduation Celebration

We had a great time. The property had plenty of sleeping space (and very comfortable beds!) for 9 adults, a teen and an infant. The kithchen had loads of kitchen gadgets. Within walking distance to town. Would definitely book again!

My parents Birthday

I made the reservation to celebrate my parents BD and time with my brothers and sister. The outside patio was very dirty The chairs the floor etc. I had to go outside with my parents to clean and wash floor and chairs when you read description of the property it doesn’t tell you for Quit but they tell you is fully equipped they don’t tell you there is no cabinets to store your food. I was not happy with the bathroom upstairs the sink is old and also is very inconvenient to have guess in the bedroom downstairs there is no Closet and to go outside that is the only way out. You have to use your guess bedroom. No shoes allow in the house but the rugs in the kitchen are dirty and downstairs in the entryway. The pictures make the house look bigger that what it is other then that it was ok

Pleasant stay for with my husband and inlaws.

Nice property for snowboarding in Breckenridge. Was a bit disappointed the hot tub was green when we arrived but the company came right out when I called. It took away two nights of using it but that's alright. The listing online should include you need to bring detergent for washing machine and wood for the fire outside.

76 Park Forest

The house was great overall. Our family consisted of 3 adults and 4 kids. This house is equipped with everything you need. The only reason I have it 4 stars for accuracy on online listing is because it shows there is a fireplace in one of the bedrooms but it has since been removed. The location is very good for skiing, but doesn’t have any view of the mountains. This is not a negative comment, it’s just information that a future customer might want to know.

Family Ski Vacation

Our family had a very nice stay at this well located house for a ski vacation. The bus to the ski areas is a short walk away, the house was very convenient and accommodating for skiers and we had all of the necessary amenities. We would recommend this house for a fun vacation in Breckinridge.

Great house, great location

The house is conveniently located, and has all the amenities you would need for comfortable stay. Greatest thrill for this Flemish American is to stare at pictures of Wout Van Aert and Sven Nys!

Wonderful

Great house in a great area! Clean! Kitchen has everything possible. The only odd thing is the first floor bedroom has patio doors but no curtains or window coverings. Had to put up a sheet for privacy. Other than that it was great!
