On a quiet street in a flat neighborhood with E-bikes for fun and easy transport to town in the summer as well as the convenience of a short walk to two Breck Free Ride shuttle stops. This is an older home and does not have a hot tub, making it the most affordable 6-bedroom home in town.
Filled with lovingly-chosen mountain art from an array of local artists, there is something new to discover around every corner in every room. Aspen Glow is a rare SIX bedroom in the value pricing range in a prime location. Guests receive exceptional customer service from local hosts. This home is sparkling clean and fresh for guests with or without a dog. One to two well-behaved doggies allowed depending on size and number of persons in group.
THE TINY COMPANY DIFFERENCE: Breck Mountain Rentals is a very small company offering big customer service, locally-owned and operated here in Breckenridge, CO. Your calls/texts are answered immediately 9am-9pm and 24 hours for emergencies. Our inventory is limited to a select number of properties only in the Breckenridge core so that we are able to provide meticulous attention to detail, for happy homes and happy guests. All Breck Mountain Rental properties are meticulously maintained and well stocked with full-sized and/or ample guest supplies, an informative welcome binder and a gift bag.
LOCATION: One half mile to downtown Breckenridge shops and dining, 1.6 miles to the Breckenridge Gondola for skiing at Peaks 6-8, 0.5 mile to Peak 9.
ACCESS: ALL Breckenridge visitors need 4WD/AWD for safe transportation to and around town. Two Breck Free Ride shuttle stops are 175 yards away via short/flat walk for transportation to skier dropoff or connections to anywhere in Summit County In summer and fall, guests can walk one-half mile to shopping/dining on Main Street. As our guests, we are happy to help you with the details of getting around Breckenridge and where to park.

HOUSE RULES: Home insurance providers require that all guests be at least 28 years of age with the exception of children and young adults traveling with parents. This home has an exterior CAMERA and interior noise detectors. MAX ADULTS 12 and only up to 14 occupants if two or more are children age 0-12. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the max occupancy rule which is set by Town Ordinance short-term rental rules which we must be in compliance with. Violators will be evicted. ID and signed rental agreement required Max vehicles is 4 CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR 2026: Reservations including the night of Dec 25, must check out by Dec 27, unless also booking the night of Jan 1. Reservations including the night of Jan 1, may not arrive prior to Dec 27 unless also booking the night of Dec 25.
PET POLICY: Well-behaved, well-mannered doggies only! We have a Leave-No-Trace policy- no scratch/chew marks, no excessive hair, no yard waste. $75/dog. Dogs must be leashed outdoors at all times per town ordinance. Dogs must be minimum of 1 year old. One large dog or two small/medium dogs allowed. We reserve the right to lower the maximum allowed occupancy if a dog is in the group.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was in great shape and everything we needed (except a big pot). It was an easy walk to the shuttle and easy drive to town.
Very big, clean home and beautiful. We did enjoy staying there for the weekend. It was awesome my family and I loved the city and we did love the home.I will recommend it to anyone that would like to visit Breckenridge.
A sewer line problem delayed check in time, the problem was fixed There was an odor for the first 24 hrs., the fireplace was not working, on the positive side. The house was clean and although rooms were small, it accommodated my family quite well. The property manager was very good to work with.
I recently stayed at this home with a group of 12, and overall, it was a great experience! The space is centrally located, spacious, and very convenient, with a shuttle stop to town close by. The open layout was perfect for our group, providing plenty of room for everyone to gather and hang out. The natural sunlight that filled the common areas made the space feel warm and inviting, and there was enough room for everyone to spread out.The bed count was just right for all 12 of us, and the customer service was fantastic—they were quick to respond and really made us feel well taken care of.That said, there are a couple of things to note. If you have allergies, this might not be the best fit. I started sneezing the moment I opened my luggage, likely due to pet hair in the rugs. It’s something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to that. Also, the hot water runs out quickly. If you’re a large group visiting this home, you’ll need to be mindful of your shower time in order to preserve the hot water for the rest of the house.All in all, this is a great spot for a larger group looking for a spacious, conveniently located place with great service, but if allergies are a concern, make sure to come prepared. For the price, this home was perfect for us.
